Yupp. Cain is a villain because, of course, he is. One-off characters usually end up being the last-minute heroic or, most of the time, an antagonist.
Charge Man is a bloody Pain Train!
Chargemans class just reminds me of all the fun train toys i used to have as a kid. The excitment when i got to play as him was immense.
ChargeMan.EXE is definitely an upgrade from his Classic counterpart.
Frankly, he's among the Navis I think are just straight up BETTER than their Classic selves!

All aboard for the charge man express!!! His class is pretty fun and simple, with controlling him to his destinations without hitting so many obstacles and securing the prog passengers. His fight is pretty simple, too, with his attacks, mostly trying to charge at you with throwing some coal bomb in the process. Though he's fire, aqua, especially wideshot chips, can slow this train down. His Charge Cross is pretty decent giving you an extra chip in the menu and a nice fire charge boost give you a 100+ max as long as you don't get hit. Also because it's a fire cross watch out for water.

In addition to removing flames, Chargeman is probably the only LinkNavi in this version who can remove cyclones. Anyways, the last LinkNavi left for this version is Eraseman. In the JP release, he was called Killerman, but was changed to Eraseman in the US release and Legacy Collection.
