Interesting. I don't know what the criteria you used is, but I grew up in Dodge, have lived in several other towns and been all over the state and I would have never compiled this list.
Personally I would say my hometown might be a top 10, but not Topeka, Wichita or any of the sterile suburbs of Johnson County. Lawrence is number 1. Lindsborg, Atchinson and Pittsburg are definitely top 10.
