    Have you tried meadows row? They’re a landmine single arm row. Just thinking as you’ve run out of room on the dumbbell. Really nice to do off a bench and more loadable

      That's a really good shout actually, I have done them a lot before and it just completely escaped my mind as a variation to build on from the dumbbell

      @@TobyLifely happy to help plus you can mix up body positioning for different grips and buy handles so you not holding the sleeve

      I reckon if I had to max deadlift right now I'd get 280 - I got it to the knees a few days after my last comp so fresh I have it I think
