Hi, Dacob. I also live in Los Angeles County (near Pasadena) and the heaviness is palpable. Wishing you and your loved ones well. The loss has been tremendous. Hoping for brighter days ahead.
Dacob, I lost my home, my possessions, and my pets 13 months ago due to the fires here in Northern CA. I know what everyone down in your parts are going through, and it’s quite triggering all over again to hear of all that’s going on. When I hear the sound of a helicopter, I have flashbacks to that horrible time for my community. We wore n95 masks for months after the fire rushed through, supplies and necessities were so bare, gas was hard to get, it was absolutely 2020 all over again. People were forced to work, be outside, it was so sad. I still live in Northern CA, but moved to a smaller town called Yuba City, and we have rebuilt because insurance wouldn’t approve our land again to rebuild. One of the first things I purchased for myself after losing everything was my La Mer regimen, and having those simple little items made me feel so human again. If you need to evacuate, I have a guest home you’re more than welcome to here! Praying for everyone, it was lovely seeing you here on the replay. ❤
I'm so sorry for all you lost! ❤ Thankfully you're still here, and can still enjoy some little pleasures we can all take for granted. God bless you for being a light in this very dark time for those dealing with these tragic fires. ❤❤❤
Dacob, I definitely understand why you gravitate to your perfumes in these times. I pulled out Dior Homme Original which I only use for special occasions because it’s such a beautiful scent but I needed it to uplift my mood. It did help me get through the day. As of recent I’ve been frequenting perfume counters to smell the perfume after going through difficult times to help take my mind off of the stuff I’m going through even if it’s for a little while.
The people of Ireland send best wishes and condolences to the people of California it all looks so awful. Please look after each other. We are so sorry. x
Praying for you sweet Dacob, and everyone effected 🙏 ❤ Thank you for encouraging us all to step outside of ourselves and sit in silence for a moment. Please let us know how we can best help you. Sending big hugs xoxox
The perfume use certainly resonates. I've been donating bottles of perfume, fragrant soaps & body washes, scented lotions, make up, unscented self-care items for those who are sensitive (no scented candles to refrain from association w/ flames/fire) to local groups supporting evacuees & those who lost their homes. Also - my own use of perfume has remained steadfast despite the grief. It's comforting & uplifting.
Prayers and love to you Dacob and anyone in LA or any affected area. So beautiful to hold a minute silence for everyone, stay safe, praying rain, may mother nature heal the area 💕🙏
Dear Dacob, we hurt with you. as David said... We do, really. I love California, it has a especial place in my heart and it hurts so much, I cannot describe the feeling. I've been so worried about you, so seeing you here is a relieve, but still the pain and all the problems are still real, I send you my love and my prayers, for you and everybody who may need them. I think about nature, wildlife, people that hurts so much, people who have lost everything, these are really difficult times. What you did at the beginning of the livestream was so right and so important... praying and hoping for better times ahead (and soon) is all I can do from so far away. Thank you Dacob, what a noble and beautiful gesture. Love you so much. Stay safe
Oh, Dacob... Please stay safe ❤ At the time of pain and losses, people have to stay united 🙏🏻 Much love from Kyiv. Condolences to all, who have lost loved ones 😟
lol - whoever is the division president in charge of rolling out this LV Murakami product line needs to be FIRED. This person obviously was previously working at Marshall's and low class AF to allow this campaign rollout to proceed like this. Might as well have been shopping at Kohls.
Hi Dacob! I don’t comment very often, introvert.😂 I use the Cadillac leather lotion on my Chanel, LV, Pinko and Hermes bags and shoes and love it! I use Angelus leather cleaner/conditioner on my exotic Chanel and Gucci bags and love it too! It doesn’t take a lot of either product if you regularly care for your items. I try to care for my items immediately after using them and storing them back in their storage bags. I typically switch out bags once a week sometimes twice a week. Hope this helps!
interesting point about discussing birkin vs wirkin and not dangling the auth in the viewers face. also the store vs reseller sets a little bit of a tone. I noticed when others share their collections and state they did not play the Hermes game, they went thru resellers, the comments seem to be more uplifting. I saw one specifically state “I love how you aren’t coming across like you’re showing off” to a gal with an amazing vintage collection. it comes across as more “relateable” even though I know they could be paying so much more in resale! but I can see how the whole “the Hermes boutique gave me whatever I asked for 💅🏼 “ can feel like a punch in the gut for the average person who has asked their SA “nicely” at least in the US but is ghosted on, or told “no” from the get go. is it hard to get or easy? if it were easy, then why the flex that the store likes you, pick one is all I ask of Hermes influencers 😅 Jk many are my buddies and I think they do an excellent job of sharing what they know and have acknowledged that it’s based on how well the SA gets along with them. 🥹 in summary I would kiss the SA’s hand at this point if I got my dream offer jkjkjk

I agree! Not only was it a missed opportunity but they also deeply annoyed a bunch of us millennials - and a millennial never forgets.
Cassie Thorpe got all the packaging if you want to see it ;) but most other unboxings don’t seem to have it
