October 13th 2009, this song got me out of a very, very dark time of my life, I was about to decide to end everything and that’s that, but had a Parachutes CD in the car playing this soundtrack, when it came to “they spun a web for me”; I put the pills and the whisky down, then, decided to rebuild my life, onwards upwards and outwards. 12 years later I’m an entrepreneur, married with kids, loving life, being free in my mind. I thank Coldplay for saving me. I thank Guy, Jonny, Will and Chris for writing and sharing this masterpiece to the world.
I first heard this song when i was at a very dark and low point in my life. My parents were on the verge of a divorce and were both leaning on me for emotional support, i had become disillusioned with my university studies (and life in general), and I had lost the first love of my life. I felt lost and in a lot of pain, which later led to a depression. Many people criticized me for listening to this and other Coldplay songs claiming that they were only "furthering my sadness". But this was far from it - Coldplay spoke the pains that i had in my heart that i couldn't find the words to express- they allowed me to voice my vulnerability, my angst, my anxiety, my pain and sadness and get them off my chest and just be... Coldplay helped show me that i could share the sadness with others so that they would understand and it didn't have to be messy or pitiful, but could be deep, haunting and profound...and maybe, in that way, also encourage others to share the sadness in their hearts, be honest with themselves, get it off their chests and be unshackled. I started writing poetry and being precise about my feelings through my words. Coldplay helped me save myself. Drowning in despair isn't always what kills us - it's being unable to find the words and to share what we're going through and ask for help from those around us. The inability to say, "Please help me... I'm drowning and I don't know what to do...", is what really kills us.
Don't be sad, everything will be okay in the end, if it's not okay, it's not the end, believe that all obstacles that occur when this is just a trial order ourselves to be better in the future. Trials and issue just a stepping stone, he teaches how to jump higher. The problem is always there, but how big a problem it depends on how you see it. GBU
This song reminds me of my Father. I was with him the last week he was alive back in April of this year (2020 total shitshow). He was end stage with COPD. He was so weak, I had to carry him from bed to the bathroom. I am so fortunate I was able to be there for him. We were together 24/7 and one night he said to me, " I never meant to cause you trouble, I never meant to do any harm to you, your brother, your sisters or mother." I broke out my laptop and showed him this video. We both sat and listened together. At the second hook, I noticed he was crying, bawling his eyes out. I was too. I played this over and over again. He eventually went into a coma two days later. On the day he died, I played it for him again. I actually saw him smile with his eyes closed. He died about an hour later. Music has power and emotion behind it. This song will always be special to me. I will always think of my Dad, his smile and peaceful face. RIP Duke Even more, lost my Mom 12/27/20. Covid took her. Coldplay's songs are the only songs that you can listen after years and still get the same feels Edit: wow so many likes after 4 years hehe and what I meant is that theres always an artist or group that brings you back the same feelings and emotions, for me its Coldplay 🙌🏻
older coldplay songs like this make me want to cry. feeling like i know ill leave this earth one day and ill be looking back while this song plays and say to myself "im gonna miss being alive"
There's something about Coldplay that is so special. I'm not quite sure if its the lyrics of their songs, the rhythm, or all combined with Chris voice. What I know is that I feel understood and accompanied by their songs.
I think it's that everything about their songs compliment each other, the tune and the lyrics fit each other like puzzle pieces and Chris' voice works so well with their music, their music tells a story of feelings, especially in their older songs like this one, they convey feelings so well and the feelings seem so genuine, it's like I'm the one feeling guilty and in the wrong and yet it's also beautiful because this song makes me feel at peace...but that might just be me being a huge fan, I grew up with Coldplay and this is my favourite song from them, so that's probably why I love them so much😂
That's because Chris has said it himself, that he doesn't know where the songs for the first 3 albums came from. It's like they were sent by a Higher Power. That's why Chris calls the first 3 albums "a trilogy."
The views on the music videos doesn't mean everything. A Rush of Blood to The Head's music videos have less views that the AHFOD ones, but AROBTTH is more popular by far.
By far the Best Coldplay album. They dont won a grammy since the last 3 albums Mylo Xyloto, Ghost story and A head head full of dreams. The Fact they make shit music for his new young fans, they love all crap
I miss this old sound of theirs...a rush of blood to the head followed by parachutes and x&y are my all time fav. last ones I didn't even bother to buy or even download
Yes man, i love slipknot to death, listened to every song. Hatred can only last for so long, coldplay helps a lot. I feel at peace when i listen to them.
This song saved my life as a child, I won't discuss details but I just wanna take the time to say if you're listening to this, don't give up, it's not worth it, you are stronger than you think, everything bad is just a test we're given and meant to fail but we only get stronger from, life will be ok one day, you'll see, no matter how hard it gets, just pick yourself back up, life is worth living, even if you feel like it isn't, life is a gift
Yes, we're not so different afterall. Beautiful comment. Wanted to write something similar but I see at least here someone understands me a tiny bit. Sorry for writting this here, I have nowhere else to write it. I am not giving up. 🙂👋
It's so weird. All of the songs I used to listen to remind me of places, events, and emotions. This is the only song that reminds me of a dream. Not even one single dream, just some state of mind that I can never seem to figure out. It's strange how our minds work, isn't it?
oh yeah the instrumental certainly has a interesting limitless sound to it. something beyond all of life and death it's like a farewell song to what was before. it's a sound that reminds me of metaphorically walking towards the future which is unknown hidden from our ordinary point of view
This song gives me peace, makes me think of early 2000's, when I was a kid, the world seemed so simple and peaceful, wish I could go back, wish I could live in this video.

Reminds me of my passed father, too. Now that he's almost been gone for a year, I like to listen to songs and reminisce. Always think of the good times 💜
sorry about your dad💜 I used to listen to a ton of Coldplay with my dad. we even went to their Viva La Vida tour in 2009. we don't as much anymore. we listen to Sinatra and classical music now. Which I still love
I was with my uncle the night he passed away, all evening all he kept saying to me was " I'm sorry for all this trouble" anyway as I say he eventually passed away, As I was driving away from the hospital I put the radio on and this was the first song that came on. I had to stop and cried my eyes out. 20 years later I still cry at this song
For me this song is about someone who sees the error in their ways but can't quite break out of it. They know they are hurting people they care for but they just can't help themselves... It's such a wonderful song. The composition with all the different chords, the haunting piano, Jonnys simplistic but powerful guitar riff, the moody, melancholic bass... The mellow, raw and honest lyrics, it just all comes together so perfectly. This song will always be special to me, it's what got me into song writing after all. Early Coldplay is such a mood and eternal. Love Chris and the boys ❤
Viva la Vida is still a masterpiece, leaning towards pop or not. What I always like to think, Every album they get more and more pop-like. And Viva la Vida is when that first came in. But just because it's there first pop album, dosnt mean the entire one is Pop. Try 'Cemeteries in London' from it.
+Ankh Phoenix Viva La Vida is amazing. I tear up every time I hear it - it was also my nan's favourite song and we played it at her funeral. There has been a lot of controversy about the song because of the religious references in the chorus but i think it's quite a unique song especially with the violin and cello solos in the introduction.
+Tom Barker I hear Jerusalem bells are ringing Roman Cavalry choirs are singing Be my mirror my sword and shield My missionaries in a foreign field For some reason I can not explain Once you know there was never, never an honest word That was when I ruled the world
Once upon a time, in the labyrinth of my own existence, I wandered through the shadows of despair, lost and adrift in a sea of uncertainty. Each day felt like a battle against the encroaching darkness, a relentless storm threatening to consume me whole. It was in those bleak moments that a single song emerged as my lifeline, my savior amidst the chaos: Coldplay's "Trouble." The haunting melody of "Trouble" became the soundtrack to my struggles, its poignant lyrics a mirror to the depths of my despair. With each note, it seemed to reach into the depths of my soul, resonating with the pain and turmoil that threatened to engulf me. Yet, amidst the melancholy, there was a glimmer of hope, a promise of redemption buried within the melody. Through tear-stained nights and heart-wrenching days, I clung to the song like a drowning soul grasping for a lifeline. Its soothing embrace offered solace in moments of despair, reminding me that even in the darkest of times, there was a flicker of light waiting to be found. Fueled by the courage instilled by the song, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and healing. With each step forward, I shed the shackles of my past, embracing the beauty of life with newfound vigor. Surrounded by the love and support of those who believed in me, I began to rebuild what was once shattered, stitching together the fragments of my broken spirit. As the years passed, the echoes of "Trouble" remained ever-present, a constant reminder of the battles I had fought and the victories I had won. Today, as I stand on the precipice of success, bathed in the warm glow of accomplishment, I am reminded of the transformative power of resilience and the enduring strength of the human spirit. So, to Coldplay's "Trouble," I owe more than words can express. You were more than just a song; you were my salvation, my guiding light through the darkest of nights. And as I bask in the radiance of a life well-lived, I carry your melody in my heart, a testament to the triumph of the human soul over adversity.
Wow, just wow. I mean, where did you go Chris? These gorgeous and wonderful songs consisting of heartfelt melodies, soulful meanings, and a comforting feel to them... These are very melancholic songs, but somehow it just feels like they're warm, comforting, there to help you, and you can relate to them. It's just like the warmth a campfire gives you after you've spent a long day out in the freezing cold and rain. True songs, deep, rich, and wonderful. That's essentially what songs from this era were about. This is one of my favourite songs. And it all got replaced with this bigger than life style and what almost feels like indulgence. Chris Martin went from writing soulful, meaningful, and comfortable yet melancholic lyrics like these to "I'm feeling drunk and high". I'm sorry Chris, but where did you go? Your style has changed dramatically, and arguably for the worse. I mean, I can still very well enjoy the new album, and in fact Mylo is my favourite album, but I honestly just wish that he'd write songs like this again. Chris songwriting abilities have fallen off a cliff. Where's Trouble? Politik? The Scientist anyone? I mean, again, I can appreciate the new songs, but the melodies just aren't at that level now. I mean, the other band members are all over the new album, which is great, but the production just buries them! It's insane. This is my most disappointed feeling towards Coldplay as of yet. As I listen more to the magical masterpieces that are these songs from Coldplays early days I start to realize what everyone's talking about when they say they're going doenhill. They're replacing the real drums with electronically generated beats, burying the guitars in favour of the synths, and hiding all e good stuff in the mix... Like, why does Chris decide to bring in a producer that would do all these horrible things to make the song even worse? Up&Up is the example that most pisses me off about this. In the beginning, they fucking cut out most of the piano and add in this unnecessary clapping sound. The rest is okay until the chorus. Why doesn't e song just start to take off? It sounds extremely diluted. Chris and the choir sound extremely quiet and tired, like they need a rest. Where's the real drums that would also help elevate the studio version? The ride cymbal... Why did they just throw that out of the final edition? That's vital! They all replace it with this lazy ass, sleepy electronic drumbeat. Then the guitar solos. Excuse me, but in what fucking world are you supposed to bury the damn guitar and barely make it audible? Like what the fuck? The guitar solo is meant to be the time when it's supposed to shine. Not feel buried under crap. No one is allowed top bury either Jonny or Noel. like F off Stargate! You don't know nothing? The live version I have replaced with the studio in my album. Ugh the production just completely wrecked the studio version. BTW, you might have been noticing me out most of the blame on Chris Martin. This is because HES the problem. He's the one bringing in this pop crap, he's the one bringing in these worse lyrics, and he's the one that's into all the new and hip shit like Dangerous love, And Watch me whip nae nae or whatever that shit is called again. The other band members are absolutely fine. If it were the three of me snd someone willing to try many different things that looked similar to Chris but had the essence of the past then I'd be much MUCH more happy with Coldplays recent output, since it'd be likely it's be as heartfelt and as talentful as they're early works. I was just trying to get my point across, and as someone said in the comments below,, just close your eyes, turn this song on an enjoy...not that hard. And it made me really realize that this is much superiour to most of their new work. So ya. Chris Martin, "A Message" to you... Open up your eyes, take a break, and come back with your 8th album with fresh and new ideas. Ambient rock maybe? don't go down this pop road. You always change and you know it. Time to try something different and better.. If your lucky you can work with Brian Eno or Jon Hopkins, and we'd all be happy again. You need to care about your fan base because you e been saying some retarded things lately. So take a break. Goodbye everyone, and have a wonderful day. /rant
+Tommy Sandal i wanted to make the same comment my friend, hopefully you covered it better than i ever could since my english are not that good. thumbs up bro
Iarisa Sosing _"Please don't you dare say a word about Chris and his writing abilities. Songs like Up&Up, Everglow, Birds- they all have a very special meaning to them."_ I do agree. Those are very good songs and well written. However, they can't compare to masterpieces like the one I'm listening to, "A Rush Of Blood To The Head", "Politik", "The Scientist", "Fix You" etc... those songs are good, but not at the level of the songs I just mentioned. _"I agree with you about their music turning electronic, but then Coldplay is all about change."_ BTW, I don't dislike electronic music. In fact, done properly, I love it. See "Kid A" as an example of an album I love that is primarily very electronic, by Radiohead. Hell, I even love the mainstream style songs if they're electronic. If they'd good, I'll simply say it's good any will like it. However, the one thing about electronic is that the music has a different quality sound than their older work which sounded much nicer. The production is partially to blame for this but in general using electronic sounds where organic sounds would be better just isn't a good choice, see "Everglow" for an example, there is no reason for that electronic drumbeat to be there. _"They change on every single album, and that's what makes them wonderful and unique. Most bands can't change, and that's how they become boring to people. But Coldplay was, is, and always will be themselves, even if the style of their music changes. They always stand out from the rest."_ I do agree, it's a wonderful thing that they change and they put out new sounding content with every album they've made so far so we can listen to a variety of content from Coldplay for different days and moods. Sometimes I'll like some of Coldplay's new content better because it suits my mood that day. Sometimes their old content better. However, it's not change that we dislike, it's the nature of the change. They can change from ambient and that's all good, Their change to pop hasn't been the worst, since we get to hear new songs from Coldplay which is always good, and tbh I like it, but not nearly as much as their old content again. Just my opinion. *And perhaps the most important part of your comment I need to get out of the way:* _"And wtf do you mean Chris has been saying retarded things lately. He always has something positive to say about the new album, or life or whatever. If you say another word against him, you don't deserve to listen to his music."_ By "retarded things" I mean him not caring about what other people think about his music, liking trash such as "Dangerous Love" and "Work" and that shit. That's what I don't like, he has trash musical taste and he's said that rock has nowhere left to go. That's retarded. The statements that are retarded are mostly musical related. However looking further than that, I am a big fan of the things he supports like the Global Citizen festival and all that stuff. That's wonderful, and as a person he's just so down to earth and kind and I'd love to meet him. On that note he's amazing, But on a musical note he's gradually been growing more and more retarded. Sorry, I should have cleared that up beforehand in my post before people like you would come along and make innacurate assumptions about that stuff. Sorry, completely my bad
+Iarisa Sosing Agreed 100%. Sometimes change is a good thing, but I've noticed a lot of people don't like it. People who don't develop or step into new territory become people who are never artistically fulfilled compared to people who do try new things. Good for Chris. And also, if all you got from Hymn For The Weekend are the lyrics "I'm drunk and high," I really advise you actually pay attention to the rest of the lyrics, because I happen to think that they're somewhat clever and very metaphorical.
amishasweetie Read the rest of my comment above your post, there's more information in there. As for the Hymn For The Weekend thing, yes there are some nice lyrics in there and I've said myself that the people who say there's bad lyrics but only give an example like "Feeling drunk and high" and "You make my heart ba boom ba boom boom" need to pay attention to the rest of the lyrics in the album. However there are some pretty simplistic lyrics in HFTW overall like "You know you make my world light up" and "Drink from me drink from me" and "Put your wings on me wings on me" and overall just club-style lyrics that are much more simplistic than Coldplay's original, very deep, heartfelt lyrics going into deeper and richer content and emotions than in the more recent lyrics. There are some good lyrics in HFTW but not many, Also in Adventure of a Lifetime "I can feel my heart beating beneath my skin" and "you make me feel alive again" and repeated to the point that they feel like "filler" lyrics because he couldn't come up with more deep lyrics. The rest of lyrics in AOAL are pretty decent though. Like the under this pressure under this weight we are diamonds taking shape is really good.
Had some troubled times in my life, but losing mum and dad, sister & brother, and the life they led, has given me strength in life to carry on, and this song is a reflection of those times. RIP
This song reminds me of my sister because she always listens to it, she is still alive but I wish she could see the world with a little more optimism. No one ever taught me how to be the older brother and I cannot really rely on my younger siblings. I hope she can realize that she is surrounded by assholes, but that we, our family, will always support her.
Everyone is hating on these graphics but.. I honestly really think they fit the song perfectly. They add a touch of creepy/sad vibe. Am I the only one who thinks this?
Urto Male To me they are. They're just so unique and pure, and don't care if people don't get their music. There are no other artists out there that are like it anymore. It's like people HAVE to show SOME skin to get attention that it's soo fake.
This song is so good and emotional I actually hate it because it makes me legitimately depressed because of the memories it brings back. I honestly try my best to avoid this song.. but I come back to it eventually. "Never meant to cause you trouble.." Makes my spine freeze... I hate it man
Linkink park? Are you serious? If you think Coldplay aren't the best band in the world and you want to write on UA-cam who's better then them, at least make sure to use good band names.
So many years and I still get emotional listening to this. So beautiful. #TogetherAtHome made me come back to the video. Thank you for that mini concert you gave us.
Oh no, I see A spider web is tangled up with me And I lost my head And thought of all the stupid things I'd said Oh no, what's this? A spider web and I'm caught in the middle So I turned to run The thought of all the stupid things I've done And I, I never meant to cause you trouble And I, I never meant to do you wrong And I, well if I ever caused you trouble Oh no, I never meant to do you harm Oh no, I see A spider web and it's me in the middle So I twist and turn Here am I in my little bubble Singing out, I never meant to cause you trouble And I, I never meant to do you wrong And I, well, if I ever caused you trouble Oh, no, I never meant to do you harm They spun a web for me They spun a web for me They spun a web for me
As time goes by, great song crafting is going by the wayside. The testimony of great songwriting is the timelessness of the piece. This song will be played long after we're all gone. It's my single favorite song by Coldplay. There's no song I'm aware of that has this sound.
This sound is rooted in late 90’s early 00’s Radiohead. There are probably even more obscure bands that predated Radiohead with a similar sound but I don’t know
I returned here just for a quick listen. Funny this thread mentioned Radiohead. I very recently searched for a song that I heard at the end of OZARK. It reminded me of coldplay. It was so unique and full of feeling. Turns out. The song was written by Radiohead.
Hard to believe that this came out 20 year's ago on the 10th of July. Where did 20 year's just go? A young man starting out in life on a journey joining the Army at 18, little did i know coldplay would become the soundtrack to some of my best year's in life. I've never been able to watch them live even though they played at the richo arena near to where i live. Lets hope they tour again soon and see sense that they are depriving people of their great art.
I can’t even adequately express how much I adore this gorgeous song. This album was Coldplay’s best, most important work. Imagine knocking it this far out of the park on your first go...and then spending the next two decades trying to create something new that captures that same magic. A fool’s errand, sadly. On that note, I’m so grateful to be able to revisit the songs, records and videos that comprised the soundtrack to my childhood, youth, and coming of age. Indeed, what a time. ✨💞🙂
Seriously? Parachutes was great but they clearly showed an incredible evolution with so many hits and great albums post Parachutes. Check out Ghost Stories, A Rush of Blood to The Head, X&Y, A Head Full of Dreams, etc. etc.
I realllllllly needed this. I've started thinking about something I buried in my thoughts a few years ago again trying now to reconcile with my own actions as a toxic person I was to someone. I unknowingly hurt someone and was toxic to someone. "Trouble" really is therapy to help me better.
I love videos like this, where the artistry of the song is equaled by the artistry of the visuals. I get the same soul-deep satisfaction hearing and watching this, as I do from Benjamin Francis Leftwich's "Atlas Hands" and Bon Iver's "Holocene".
This song was one of my favorites when I was younger. Now that I'm older, this song convinced me to become a better person, and to make amends with people whom I've hurt. Thank you Chris,Jonny, Guy and Will. You guys gave me some of my best childhood memories I could ever have, and made me a better person. I will never forget you guys, or what you did for me.

Ok try another song. Seal crazy then i came out of depression.

Drowning in despair isn't always what kills us - it's being unable to find the words and to share what we're going through and ask for help from those around us.
The inability to say, "Please help me... I'm drowning and I don't know what to do...", is what really kills us.

There's something about Coldplay that is so special. I'm not quite sure if its the lyrics of their songs, the rhythm, or all combined with Chris voice. What I know is that I feel understood and accompanied by their songs.
I think it's that everything about their songs compliment each other, the tune and the lyrics fit each other like puzzle pieces and Chris' voice works so well with their music, their music tells a story of feelings, especially in their older songs like this one, they convey feelings so well and the feelings seem so genuine, it's like I'm the one feeling guilty and in the wrong and yet it's also beautiful because this song makes me feel at peace...but that might just be me being a huge fan, I grew up with Coldplay and this is my favourite song from them, so that's probably why I love them so much😂
Yes I agree with that !
That's because Chris has said it himself, that he doesn't know where the songs for the first 3 albums came from. It's like they were sent by a Higher Power. That's why Chris calls the first 3 albums "a trilogy."
Everything combined…
Cold play is an amazing Band, I love them❤ and I agree with you, too.
This is what made early Coldplay stand the test of time and it works like a charm

Most underrated Coldplay song!!
i wouldnt say 100 mil views is underrated. The real underrated song is A Rush of Blood to the Head
I think it’s don’t panic tbh
For me this song is about someone who sees the error in their ways but can't quite break out of it. They know they are hurting people they care for but they just can't help themselves...
It's such a wonderful song. The composition with all the different chords, the haunting piano, Jonnys simplistic but powerful guitar riff, the moody, melancholic bass... The mellow, raw and honest lyrics, it just all comes together so perfectly.
This song will always be special to me, it's what got me into song writing after all.
Early Coldplay is such a mood and eternal. Love Chris and the boys ❤
Parachutes, A rush of blood to the head and X&Y are masterpieces
+Bea Roser what exactly are the religious references?
+Tom Barker I hear Jerusalem bells are ringing

Soy de Argentina
Once upon a time, in the labyrinth of my own existence, I wandered through the shadows of despair, lost and adrift in a sea of uncertainty. Each day felt like a battle against the encroaching darkness, a relentless storm threatening to consume me whole. It was in those bleak moments that a single song emerged as my lifeline, my savior amidst the chaos: Coldplay's "Trouble."
The haunting melody of "Trouble" became the soundtrack to my struggles, its poignant lyrics a mirror to the depths of my despair.
If you are not a writer, you ought to be. ❤

Easily one of the best album ever written

+Tommy Sandal i wanted to make the same comment my friend, hopefully you covered it better than i ever could since my english are not that good. thumbs up bro
I totally agree with this, these types of songs are what got me really into coldplay
Iarisa Sosing
_"Please don't you dare say a word about Chris and his writing abilities. Songs like Up&Up, Everglow, Birds- they all have a very special meaning to them."_
I do agree. Those are very good songs and well written. However, they can't compare to masterpieces like the one I'm listening to, "A Rush Of Blood To The Head", "Politik", "The Scientist", "Fix You" etc... those songs are good, but not at the level of the songs I just mentioned.
_"I agree with you about their music turning electronic, but then Coldplay is all about change."_
BTW, I don't dislike electronic music.
They always stand out from the rest."_
I do agree, it's a wonderful thing that they change and they put out new sounding content with every album they've made so far so we can listen to a variety of content from Coldplay for different days and moods.
*And perhaps the most important part of your comment I need to get out of the way:*
_"And wtf do you mean Chris has been saying retarded things lately. He always has something positive to say about the new album, or life or whatever. If you say another word against him, you don't deserve to listen to his music."_
By "retarded things" I mean him not caring about what other people think about his music, liking trash such as "Dangerous Love" and "Work" and that shit.
The fact that the comment section is still alive means the song still rocks

As time goes by, great song crafting is going by the wayside. The testimony of great songwriting is the timelessness of the piece. This song will be played long after we're all gone. It's my single favorite song by Coldplay. There's no song I'm aware of that has this sound.
This sound is rooted in late 90’s early 00’s Radiohead. There are probably even more obscure bands that predated Radiohead with a similar sound but I don’t know
@@kaleighdavis4097 This is not a challenge...could you give the title of a Radiohead song that has the sound of "Trouble?" I don't know their catalog.
try "Karma Police" from Kid A album, you will probably enjoy it
I returned here just for a quick listen. Funny this thread mentioned Radiohead. I very recently searched for a song that I heard at the end of OZARK. It reminded me of coldplay. It was so unique and full of feeling. Turns out. The song was written by Radiohead.

I've never been able to watch them live even though they played at the richo arena near to where i live. Lets hope they tour again soon and see sense that they are depriving people of their great art.
This came out in 2000??
@@radhiadeedou8286 yes.
@First Munch i don't see that. Maybe for Coldplay, but not for other great band's.
What unit were you in?
Did you fight in any war ???
the underrated coldplay song!
The most underrated Coldplay song. Along with Speed of Sound
And Don’t Panic
@@MusicianIsaac yesss
Speed of sound was #2 on billboard. You should change your definition of 'underated'
Underrated? 20 years earlier this was one of their hits. This was real Coldplay. Also this video sucks find UK version.
Why underrated? I'm not sure what you're talking about.
Yes, very coming of age soundtrack for myself and the album of my first love angst
Seriously? Parachutes was great but they clearly showed an incredible evolution with so many hits and great albums post Parachutes. Check out Ghost Stories, A Rush of Blood to The Head, X&Y, A Head Full of Dreams, etc. etc.
totally wrong. every single album up until head full of dreams is better than parachutes.
@@oneupg I was a bit young for that at the time, but I know exactly what you mean. 🥰🤗💗
I realllllllly needed this. I've started thinking about something I buried in my thoughts a few years ago again trying now to reconcile with my own actions as a toxic person I was to someone. I unknowingly hurt someone and was toxic to someone. "Trouble" really is therapy to help me better.
I don’t know why this song makes me feel like crying 😢
You not the only one
Oh definitely me too. Alot.
I love videos like this, where the artistry of the song is equaled by the artistry of the visuals. I get the same soul-deep satisfaction hearing and watching this, as I do from Benjamin Francis Leftwich's "Atlas Hands" and Bon Iver's "Holocene".
I’ll never stop loving this song. So many great memories
Chris Martin is A songwritting genius. Period.
Most definitely agree♡🖤♡
He’s a frigging genius!
What does period has to do with that? 😅
I love Coldplay his songs are beautiful ❤
Their
This song speaks to me 😭 I'm going through a rough patch right now but listening to this makes me realize that mistakes are normal
pips I hope things get better for you and Dont worry we all make mistakes Dont dwell on it
Btw I love this song
Hang in there , God will help you
pips 👍😎 sure are kid...stay strong
Yeah.....makes me think back to one time when I made a HUGE mistake. But now I realize it was just a normal accident.
Mistakes are normal. The point of them is to learn from them though. So just move forward knowing your learning, just like everyone else is
Old but gold 💖
So many memories because of this song. Back when Coldplay was a decent pop rock band.
I was impressed to know that they would stop to make pop musics and return to a music style more dense and dramatic
I still prefer the old albums, but it is better than other useless album (Kaleidoscope, a head full of dreams...)
