Clay is easy place dirt next to water and it becomes clay

do dinos have taming limits? like will they go after 3 days?

i read that they had a limit my bad XD
i only have it on xbox which is broken right now so didn’t play much but my games had a lifetime timer i assumed it was gonna die when time ran out
