Recently, 3 school going students were going on a 2 Wheeler. None of them weared helmet, 2 of them died in a road accident in Jaydev Bihar, BBSR. Another instance, 2 days back, a Ravenshaw student stucked by a truck. As Truck hit her from behind, but if she weared helmet, then she may not died. Now you decide, Is 5000 penalty more than their lives ?
