My understanding is that that was the intention; if your favourite bike happens to have a long effective top tube/aggressive rider position, but you no longer have the flexibility/back health to maintain that position anymore, the Ortho Bars would help you convert it to a much more comfortable bike. However, on this particular bike that the Blue Lug guys are using, it doesn't work as well because the intended rider position is already very upright. Crust Bikes has a couple of videos on their channel where one rider is using them on a Rivendell Susie Longbolts, and the rider has *_much,_* much more room, as the Susie is much longer in the "top tube" and bars like the Ortho Bars are needed to correctly reach the front.

The Ortho bars needs like a 120/130 stem to work for most people. The bars have the nicest design imo.

Looks like a freakishly short riding position. Not everything that looks good rides good. It would work if the bars would come above the knees.

ハンドル全幅って600までって規制なかったっけ？
ハンドル幅が600ｍｍを超えると、普通自転車としての「やむを得ない場合の歩道走行」不可となりますが、軽車両としての車道走行は可ですよ！
幅600mm以上は普通自転車ではなく軽車両になるので、常に車道を走行しなければなりません。
歩道だけでなく、いわゆるサイクリングロードや自転車レーンも通行不可となるのでお気を付けください
サイクリングロードも駄目ってのは痛いですねー。
自転車レーンがあるのに車道走ってたら、車からガンガン煽られそう。
