    Hi John, I am looking forward to this video series. When do you plan on releasing the series?
    I have drafted my ppa and have pretty much everything disclosed including great drawings. The thing I am struggling with is the Claims. I've heard it's nice to include at least one claim and some say don't bother with claims in a ppa. I know what claims I want however I'm afraid that by adding them I may have limiting language or write them wrong, if so can I correct/drop claims on a second ppa down the line?

      Claims in a PPA will not limit your invention and are not required. I just like to include one plain-English claim at the end of the PPA to help me remember a year later, what I thought the invention was more or less about at the time I filed the PPA. My view on the specific invention often changes by the time the nonprovisional application is filed later. 'Hope this helps. -john
