I'm making an improvement to an existing object. In the detailed description should I describe the original object or should I only talk about my improvements on the object?
Can you make a video about how to actually upload and file this application at the uspto.com website? My understanding is that you need to first set up an account that takes several weeks to get a customer number and approval to use the uspto.com website to upload your own application. Can you explore this as a part 2 to this video for someone who wants to file their own provisional in a situation like you describe. Thanks if you can, great work as usual!

I have always benefitted, enjoyed and appreciated the knowledge sharing or teachings from this valuable channel. I would like to ask, can priority be claimed from more than 1 provisional assuming a non-provisional is filed after these and before the 12month period since the first PPA? So is a non-Provisional able to claim two priority dates eg. First PPA has basic concept embodiments. Second PPA contains better embodiment for the same invention. Thank You!
how do you enforce your patent ? lets say you spend the money and get a patent.. and someone else is now copied your idea and is selling it on line... How do you enforce the cease and stop.. How much is that going to cost you the patent holder ?.. The patent office will not help you.. if you hire a lawyer, they will charge you alot for their services... So getting a patent and enforcing your patent could put you in the poor house.

Don't you still need to include prior art in a PPA or is it just best practice so you can roll it into a non provisional?
