    We can plainly see the Gtech was set at a much higher height than the Bosch in the first test.

    Lightweight is good and what did I use it for it’s a lawnmower ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxTPN04aT-Qdjr_KS3ql7ng8wnU3wwsCqk also recommend Yes it is lightweight so hence not as robust as our old one. But if you take care it does the job really well.

    Why not use the Honda cordless?

    I had the gtech and returned it. Its mediocre at best and struggles on anything over week long grass. Tried to do our garden and couldn't complete it with 2 full batteries. If it was £200 I would accept the benefits outweigh the cons but £500 plus the extra battery is about £80, is just gtech taking the mick!

      @@Hikingvibesonly For £500 for the gtech its just not worth it, might as well get a cheap £200 18v one

      I just got a yardforce 40cm mower 40v 2.5ah battery
      Out lives the Makita my boss has and this is with 2x 6ah battery's 18v os overall 36v 6ah
      I would guess at 18 months old the yard force last 10 to 20% longer than the Makita with two new batteries
      And at £80 who can complain and it's a beast too

    Try them all on damp grass. That's the real test. I've just replace a B&D cordless I've had for almost 5 years with a 48V brushless Greenworks model, and it's night and day. Mosre powerful than any mains mower I've used.
    Also, over the years they lose a bit of power as the batteries get used, and I think that if you've had to stress them a lot in the past (witness that we grass) then they degrade quicker, especially if they stall out. I've not had the Greenworks long, but I've already got a lot of confidence it will plough on through stuff the old one struggled with.
    That Ryobi looks a bit wimpish to me.

      I was always taught you shouldn’t be cutting damp grass if you can avoid it. It tears more instead of cutting which creates split ends and less healthy grass
      Is this no longer true with modern mowers?

      @AaronCurtin 2 роки тому

      @@theloonylady definatly still true. If the grass is standing straight up its dry enough

    Com on guys not the most comprehensive test, put them through their paces! Use them on the same height, on chunky consistently over grown dry and damp grass to test endurance

    I've watched a few reviews on different cordless mowers & they all say ,the battery will last up to an hr , well these 3 didn't,

      I think it’s better to say how much area they will cut during normal use. Longer grass with a deeper cut uses a lot more power.
      My Bosch 18V city mower does my front and back garden twice between charges. Approx 400 square meters between charges, when doing a weekly summer cut.
