What an insightful episode. I could not agree more. There is a stoic, unstoppable strength in the Polish, but alwaus with humility. They have weathered so much tragedy. And yet, remain constant despite the fair weather whims of conservative political fads and the blurring of uniqueness that comes with franchised coffee shops and burger joints.
'Fair weather conservative political fads' I think that's the perfect description of the loony left, which, thankfully, are being kept out of office in Poland.
I think Latinos and the like ARE hard working. I’ve lived in England since early childhood and met many people of different backgrounds, but whenever I met anyone from Latin America I always found the fact they can complete tasks before deadlines while still taking time off for themselves as quite inspirational lol. Whenever I do go to Poland it’s almost like people can’t stand still- they work to keep themselves busy. Whenever my mum has a day off work, it’s a day full of cleaning or going shopping, I very rarely see her sit down to and kick up her feet. When it comes to family I have a ton of aunts and uncles that aren’t related to us by blood at all, simply individuals my parents met one day and built a connection with. A few years back on my 18th birthday they were even invited before some of my biological family lol- we even keep in contact with my grandma’s sister’s child’s children lol, and they are some of my favourite cousins. It’s also funny that the fact we have quite a… ‘grumpy’ resting face means that whenever I go out or sit with my friends the second I stop talking and my face becomes neutral they think I’m ‘sad’ lol. We’ve known each other for years, yet they still have a hard time deciding when I’m simply listening vs when I’m upset.
saludos, totalmente de acuerdo contigo. Great people, hardcore workers to the Xtreme, n family oriented igual que nosotros los latinos. Love the video 👍 Te cuidas siempre.
Thank you and ❤best wishes. You help me stay in touch with my Polish heritage and that is a great gift. I wish you great success in all your endeavors. Love to you and your family.
You are right, I have been working 2 jobs for 30 years, sleeping only 3 to 5 hours. We are a hard working people that is why we build back WARSAW after second WW, we never give up. Latinos are family oriented too, good people.
The remains of these planes lay on our property and neighbors. The school in Zurada is named after this brave pilots. Corka was at the unveiling, unfortunately he could not be due to his health condition. The first German plane downed

The 'Polish Work Ethic' thing is absolutely true. I work in a workplace with many immigrant poles, some first and second generation but almost universally their work ethic is beyond the native population. The most interesting thing about it is they dont brag or complain about it. "Why am i working harder than these other people?" "The natives are so lazy" These types of ideas are never really part of the conversation. Polish people just do their job and do it the best they can. Its like a self-pride thing for them. They dont need to flaunt it they just do it regardless.
Powodzenia.
