Stickers on the duck sounds like a good idea to me. Adds a little extra excitement. I love play till you win duck machines because then even if the claws don't work out, you never walk away without a prize.

Great video as always Matt. I never knew those Elaut claw machines had a test mode and could actually calculate errors within winning plush. At least they make it possible for people to win them obviously so the owner can make a profit.

Why not just buy booster boxes of Pokemon cards, yugioh cards, and Weiss schwarz? Weiss and Yu-Gi-Oh will definitely attract people there. Booster boxes are cheaper than buying packs one by one. Just a suggestion!
You're not setting these EClaws correctly. If you're using auto-claw, then ideally all of your prizes should be roughly the same dimensions and weight, as auto-claw will train around these variables. If this is not possible, then you should set your own manual configuration instead. But even with manual, you'll maybe run into problems, as the grab power will be strong enough to lift a lightweight plush, and too weak for a heavier one (or vice versa) which brings us back to the first point about prizes being the same size and weight. Also, with auto-claw you'll need to do a minimum of five test-games to optimize the rigging, as the first initial grab-test isn't sufficient enough. Use the proper finger sizes too (relative to the size of the prize), it's very easy to swap out the fingers, they come off by undoing two hex-screws and a flathead on the bottom of the plungers. Look at the claw advice section on the manual to see what fingers and solenoid works best for your prizes. And if you want people to win more often, then set a higher payout percentage/trend, don't rely on fluke-winning or overpay by having incorrect settings.
I think all claw machines should be "play until you win"... because I feel playing a claw machine and winning nothing is a waste of my money!!! If anyone wants to spend their money on playing claw machines, then it's fine with me... but I'm not paying to play one and getting nothing for playing it!!!
