is it possible to replace with better screen? let say put FULL HD and IPS screen as replacement, assuming the screen is fit to the chromebook (pin etc) ?

Most likely not until manufacturer have option to have both screens option you have choice else full HD and IPS are different screen most likely won't work.

heyy im using hp 14a na003tu nd im facing issue with the hinge may be the display power cord in hinge is damaged so sometimes screen dont turn on i reached service centr but they say we dont repair chromebooks so waht im supposed to do ??
