Hi Tom, you're right about some clubs not wanting to talk to anyone of the Public. This happens in so many different categories, from Modeling to hunting and fishing. I tried to get into a club but the push away I got was for the birds. One time I asked a Flyfisherman and he told to get lost and I tried another couple guys got the same so I put fly fishing on the back burner for a while now. Although I did try it and didn't do to bad but it's the little secrets to help someone enjoy it. Had the same problem back in 74 trying to learn about bow hunting had to teach myself and my 3 sons, I have help friends and took a guy that was all over the place and was ready to trash his equipment and within 20 minutes of doing what I told him and let him barrow some of my equipment to put on his bow, he was shooting 3" groups at 30 yards and he was so happy and that's all I want when asking fellow Railroaders for help, suggestions, share the knowledge. take care Tom

Great visit Tom, but the music you said you muted wasn’t, would hate to see the video taken down. You Have a chip off the old block there for UA-cam. Some nice layouts at the show and I’m looking forward to some of the things for sale and your haul. That layout you’re visiting tonight looks incredible from the pictures you showed, can’t wait to see it.
Thanks Derek. I had to put my own music in it's place. Can't wait to see his layout. He lives not to far from Howard Zane, but unfortunatily, Howard wants proof of vaccination to see his layout which I am not vaxed! That would have been well worht the trip!

@@TomsTrainsandThings No doubt about that, they probably shouldn't even be playing in public, since it was obviously for the public, as that can be construed by regulators that they are broadcasting it without the proper permissions, I probably would have objected to it, even though I like the songs well enough, that is supposed to be a train show!
