Appendix tumours/cancers for Cytoreductive Surgery (CRS) + HIPEC

Some appendix tumours/cancers have the propensity to spread within the abdominal cavity onto the peritoneum (which is the lining the covers abdominal organs and the abdominal wall) and also to the lymph nodes.
