i use more then 70 mods and the 9 you pikt ar totaly trash
and i dont know what cpu you got but its one lag fest
and you use les than 20 men i use 250 and ther allys mercs and stuf and there is no lag at all

Well I'm sorry that you think the ones I picked are trash! I will do a better job in the future to find more interesting ones! But Injust finished building a new pc because mine was 6 years old. I am already seeing a huge increase in frame rate and all that fun stuff! I appreciate the feedback!

While I don't care for most of these mods, this is a great video and you are a solid youtuber covering a game not enough people do. I subbed just to see what else you have coming. Keep it up dude!
i absolutely love this game, one of my fav games of all time. my problem with most mods is that the vanilla game has balance. i love it because of the difficulty. if you change the balance it ruins the experience for me, and ruins the lore of the world. everything must fit the lore and balance. the guy that created this game was brilliant and work hard for many years. i love his vision. even small things like the mod showcased here that allows you to kill downed enemies.. your characters are not supposed to know they are just playing dead, just like you can play dead and the enemies wont kill you. if youre changing things about the balance or quality of life, you may as well just give yourself 1,000,000 gold at the start of the game and all stats at 100. i mean thats fine to have that experience, but i think it takes away from the wonderful game kenshi for me. i do wish the developers would continue adding things, or maybe kenshi 2 will be even better.
I absolutely understand what you are saying. I fully believe that everyone should play their first couple of playthroughs without mods. The game creator did an amazing job and I don't want to diminish that at all! But in my opinion once you see the majority of what the vanilla game has to offer I think mods are a great way at visiting the game in a new and exciting way. You can add mods that make the game more difficult or add little quality of life mods so that you don't have to grind out all the same things that you have already grinded. I fully respect your opinion and agree with it for the most part but after a couple of playthroughs i wanted to try some new things and wanted to share those cool things with everyone else :). and also I don't think we are going to see Kenshi 2 for a while and mods are a good thing to keep people involved in the game and keep the community growing :). I hope this didn't come across as combative or anything I was just explaining everything from my side also :). I hope you have some awesome adventures in the Kenshiverse :)
I agree with your vision, first play MUST be vanilla, but one thing that bother me is that you cant finish off your enemies, and is not a crazy thing just chopping a head to be sure the enemy is dead, that feature should be in the vanilla game.
@@igpater i was surprised you couldnt kill downed enemies when i first started playing, and it gets really annoying when they are playing dead and you can't loot them
Well, whats also cool about kenshi, its as broken as you want it to be lol.
You can in the vanilla basegame just train assassination and stealth and thievery and "win" the game with very little strife. Or you could try to do everything with the vanilla 30 character limit and it will be a challenge, or increae raid sizes to insanely hard difficulty.
Adding a kill option just makes town assaults less annoying. Having my character run all over the towns to one hit an enemy that got up, getting stuck all over the towns or walls, is far less appealing.
i gree, i resisted for a while to adding mods but now I did, i kind of found a nice balance

Idk if you already know about this mod, it's called throes of obedience, it makes the behemoths arms move in Obedience, they also can attack your team members

The first mod for me Is unplayable. The hub is now filled with about 90 holy Paladins, and squin where I used to steal from was full of 90 shek warriors, patrolling up and down so I could never thieve again. Their battle long ended with each other, but continued to exist in the world killing you anytime you went near them
I think it’s also still broken, but the new update that’s planned for it is absolutely INSANE and crazily ambitious!! I’m so excited for it, it seems like exactly what Kenshi should be
What i've been looking for is something to prevent enemies from looting eachother and causing massive fights in the cities, depopulating them, or just stopping them from looting eachother in general.

I’ve been burned by mod packs before… but from the description you gave for your top pick it sounded like it might create some redundancies in my mod list. Which could simplify things and I would imagine help with stability.

Their is one mod you should get right away called flame. It just makes sparks trigger on every hit and they are bigger! And another one that turns the ear destroying flys off near dead bodys

How do you mod kenshi? You just click subscribe? Or do I have to find it in nexus mod, sometimes mods in the workshop can't be found in the nexus.

Sorry for the late response but the computer that I shot this last video with was around 6 years old and had been through a lot. I recently got a new computer and I have absolutely no problem running all these mods together! I didn't really have a whole lot of trouble with the old one but whenever I started recording it got really bad! Now with the new computer its perfect :)
number 5 replace it with cannibal take a meat instead of the skull and he dies you can eat that meat after cooking it.

Sorry for the late Response! But if you got to the page on the Kenshi Workshop all you have to do is download all the mods. There should be a download all mods button that you can click! Then follow the steps the author of the mod page has on the load order and it should work great! Sadly I have no idea the actual size of all the mods. Sorry!!

As far as I know it does. I haven't had any problems and I have them noth downloaded! :)
el mod 8 Fast Travel Machine (WIP), está muy verde ya que se podría mejorar su funcionalidad, actualmente al ser considerado una jaula, te obliga a ponerlo en la celda un compañero, de esta forma el último del escuadrón se queda solo en el mapa, así que si está huyendo lo tendrá difícil, además de lo incomodo de hacer el viaje de uno en uno donde el primero en llegar tiene que abrir la celda y luego poner en libertad al resto.
Así que he modificado su funcionalidad de celda a cajón para sentarse (BF_CHAIR), de esta forma al usar la maquina se teletransportará directamente sin depender de nadie, además ahora acabo de modificar el número de personajes que lo pueden usar a la vez, lo he aumentado a 30 (Max operators), así que con un click se puede teletransportar un escuadrón entero rápidamente sin dejar nadie atrás, y también le he puesto el tipo "exterior/interior" para poder ponerlo en las casas compradas en las ciudades.
Ojalá hubiera alguna forma de mover la cámara al punto que se quiera del mapa como en otros juegos, ya que aquí el único modo es con el desplazamiento usando el Shift+12

another mod i would love is to turn kenshi completely into the star wars world. or just make a star wars licensed game like kenshi but star wars world with all the lore monsters races and weapons and all that. that would eb epic. even better than swkotor
Imagine if the creators for Kenshi did a bunch of different game types like Kenshi. For Star Wars you could start out as a Jedi or something and build up your skills!! Or maybe Game of Thrones, or even Lord Of The Rings!!! This game type has so many different opportunities and I would love to play them all! Have you ever played Mount and Blade Warband? If not there was a mod that allowed you to be put in the Game of Thrones world and it was awesome. Imagine if someone made a mod like that. A complete Overhaul that changed the game completely. Would be pretty cool in my opinion!

The creator of that mod made the bleach shinigami robes mod, and the mech levithians mod. I have not seen them on the workshop in a while, but they made somr awesome mods.

That's one of the reasons why I first fell in love with the game! I am normally not a post apocalyptic game kind of guy, but the art work in Kenshi and just the game in general made it a completely new and awesome experience :D
Yea it kind of makes the game feel a little more alive but also kind of dead. After having the mod downloaded for 100 plus days in a game I notice that the town's and cities seem a little barren and have are missing some key people! In difference with mount and blade, the main people never actually die. I left a message for the mod creator to see if he could come up with an idea to fix it.

This game laging even for you friend. Need new engine and calculations for more CPUs cores. Game is stuck in 2004. Looks like school project for 3th grade university school. But have nice ideas at least. And nice video
I know, I saw it in the editing but the only way I could fix it is if I went back and tried to record and hopped (which I wouldnt) get new better footage. I have all new pc parts coming in on Saturday so the rest of the videos should be a whole lot better quality! :)

I am not implying that people should have mods downloaded immediately. I actually believe on your first playthrough you should only have base mods such as the 200 recruitment mod downloaded. This is just a video for people who are looking for new or different mods :)
