    Your 2004 photos, I just love those. It's always nice to see a different approach with sport photos, something different than the very colorful, and very digital image usual that we see

    Todd love your images in Athens. Lived there through my high school years 72-76. Went to school at the American Community School, a DOD school in Halndri. Was the best expreience of my life and opened my eyes to photography. There is so much to see and photograph in Greece. Enjoy your travels. Always look forward to your posts.

    This is superb, as usual. I love the homemade Lensbaby look. I use the Leica M and a hblad-500 with Lomo films, so this experience is doubly inspiring. Your ability to show us how to use the gear (including 4x5-I learned how to load sheet film from your tutorial!) gives us the technical acumen to overcome the fear of messing up in the field-but more to the point, your results speak to the muse that is within us to be an artist and a storyteller. I think my retirement plans have just been re-focused. (waiting for my X2D) Hopefully, my wife will understand!

    i was just gonna write that your 2004 photos remind me of trusty lens baby which i used with a canon 30v analog camera. so fun bc it renders such different results! awesome work, todd. love your videos, from a to z. i need to rewatch your pacific north west stuff with the hassy… do you offer workshops at all?

      Thank you, I don't know what kind of lens. I was at an old camera store and he had a box of old view camera medium format lenses, it's all brassed out with no markings, I just played with some until I found one that worked, and secured it in the leather bellows. I am going to do a video I think on the hoser cam.

      Not sure if I'm sold on the Lomography film, need to shoot more of it, still hard to beat Ilford FP4 and Kodak Tmax400

      @@MykeWinters I do a version of the zone system too with my large format cameras. It’s a little hard when you are using 35mm. But the same principles are used. Thanks for watching.

    the stadium pics are very contrasty...did you shoot at box speed? is it just the nature of the lomo films?

      I found the light very crisp and sharp there, I also went in the early morning when it wasn't directly overhead which created more shadows, and yes, I shot them at box speed and developed them at their recommended times. I do find them a bit more contrasty, but I liked that look for these images. Thanks
