【ポーセリンペインティング】とは、鉱物粉からなる上絵具を用いて筆で白磁器に手描きで絵付けをした後、約800℃ほどで焼成をし、陰影など必要に応じて再度、絵付けと焼成を繰り返し施して仕上げていく、世界的ににも認知される最も高貴な歴史ある工芸のひとつです。
[Porcelain painting] means to paint on white porcelain by hand with a brush using mineral paint, and then fire at about 800°C, and if necessary, paint again. It is one of the world's most noble and historic crafts that is repeatedly fired and finished.
【Medium】
The medium I use is a slow drying oil (open medium) called painting oil. Painting oil contains balsam for fixing and mixing oil for kneading paint.

wow so beautiful! what type of kiln you fire your pieces and how many hours you put it into the kiln to bake it in 800C ? thanks!
Thank you for your comment. I use Paragon Kiln. The firing temperature is around 800 ° C each time. I fire at night and open the kiln lid the next day. It takes about 12 hours to return to normal temperature.
@@o_dish thank you for replying! Will it be dishwasher & microwave safe after firing? If the powder paint was lead & cadmium free? Thanks again!
@@Sara-jg8od After firing, there is no problem with the dishwasher or microwave (without gold). If you want to use it safely, use lead-free paint. Avoid orange colors that may contain cadmium. Enjoy porcelain painting!
