Locals go to wet market for cheaper fish n veggies. Also good hypermarkets with affordable prices are econsave, nsk, lotus. Good Mini markets like 99 speed marts which are everywhere offer cheaper prices than their competitors.
Giant is mid-range. Good prices at Lotus', Mydin, Jaya Grocer, Hwa Tai as well. U hv many hypermarts that offer good prices. The pricey ones are at Village Grocer, Aeon, Lulu, just to name a few.
