What a peaceful experience. This is the most beautiful and peaceful music I've ever heard. I've been listening to this for years and often hum it all day long. I listen to it with my Bluetooth speaker and drag that through the house with me, so even when visitors come over, it's wonderful background music. I hope this music never gets removed.

This is very calming and healing, it made me cry because it reminds me of my painful childhood and was able to tell myself that it's okay, it's done, you are healing, it's all in the past, it shaped you, you moved forward and what matters now is you keep going. I have 40 days clean and sober I live in a sober living house and for the first time in a long time I'm not scared to live!.. I want to live! I get to live! My dad passed earlier this year. I have a lot of trouble processing emotions, and I’ve had a lot of difficulty trying to resolve this sadness that has turned into depression and anger. I think about it a lot, and I cry rarely. My heart knows he’s gone, but my head just can’t come to terms with it. Anyway. I turned this video on after doing some breathing exercises, and popped into the shower. I haven’t cried so hard in a really long time, and all I could think about was my dad. I’m hoping that this is finally the beginning of my journey to healing. Thank you for this beautiful video. It makes me FEEL so much.

I read your comment and after 10 + years of severe depression I cried for both of us. MY Dad is 72 and I'm 4 months clean.... he wants me to go build a cabin in Northern Canada 🇨🇦 with him and I'm going now thank you. If I didn't read your comment it could have been the worst of endings to an opportunity for us. Fortunately I collect my tears in an imaginary jar so that you get a hug in the after life (heaven from my Dad and your Dad and me....I just know that is how it works.. you cry I cry we cry... you try I try we try... I assume you don't want to deny them happiness but that is probably what you should not deny people of in all your wisdown. You should probably say something like you wish everything but xyz and then say what xyz is like mostly just bad things, but you can include things like birthdays. You could make a website.

Jedes Mal, wenn ich wieder aufgestaute Aggressionen habe, wegen Stress in der Arbeit, im Haushalt, mit den Kindern, nehme ich mir bewusst eine halbe Stunde Zeit zum Meditieren und meine Bad Vibes sind dann einfach weg, aufgelöst, davon geflogen, was auch immer. I dint know i had this much pain in me untill I listened to this, actually after I read one comment about childhood, it made me realise how much anger I had in me that was causing so much back pain. My childhood the emotional bonds as a little girl, only way to get attentions by throwing tantrums. I tell myself everyday I'm growing, learning how to be a better mother and wife. I hv never been a mother or a wife before . On a journey that all my faith is in God and universe all will turn out for my good in the end!

My mom was sick so she asked me to send her this piece of music because she had recently enjoyed it and felt comfortable ,and since she had listened to she became in a better situation. I believe that music can change and inspirit our souls which reflects a great situation of calmness and psotivity. I hope to be always by her side taking care of her. She has suffered from nervy disease and recently she has been suffering of heart diseases. After corona vaccines, 2 biontech. A year later I had heart attack and I stayed in coma 5 months. I was very lucky because my doctor put their phone with positive frequency next to me while I was sleeping in lucid coma. I came back to the life 5 months later. Now I am betterly understanding of life means. I became more positive ✨️ and I am continue to listen these frequency to hang strongly 💪 our life and our soul only belongs to us. What a peaceful experience. This is the most beautiful and peaceful music I've ever heard. I've been listening to this for years and often hum it all day long. I listen to it with my Bluetooth speaker and drag that through the house with me, so even when visitors come over, it's wonderful background music. I hope this music never gets removed.

My dad passed earlier this year. I have a lot of trouble processing emotions, and I’ve had a lot of difficulty trying to resolve this sadness that has turned into depression and anger. I think about it a lot, and I cry rarely. My heart knows he’s gone, but my head just can’t come to terms with it.
Anyway. I turned this video on after doing some breathing exercises, and popped into the shower. I haven’t cried so hard in a really long time, and all I could think about was my dad. I’m hoping that this is finally the beginning of my journey to healing.

I read your comment and after 10 + years of severe depression I cried for both of us. MY Dad is 72 and I'm 4 months clean.... he wants me to go build a cabin in Northern Canada 🇨🇦 with him and I'm going now thank you. If I didn't read your comment it could have been the worst of endings to an opportunity for us. Fortunately I collect my tears in an imaginary jar so that you get a hug in the after life (heaven from my Dad and your Dad and me....I just know that is how it works.. you cry I cry we cry... you try I try we try... I assume you don't want to deny them happiness but that is probably what you should not deny people of in all your wisdown. I dint know i had this much pain in me untill I listened to this, actually after I read one comment about childhood, it made me realise how much anger I had in me that was causing so much back pain. My childhood the emotional bonds as a little girl, only way to get attentions by throwing tantrums. I tell myself everyday I'm growing, learning how to be a better mother and wife. I hv never been a mother or a wife before . On a journey that all my faith is in God and universe all will turn out for my good in the end!

My mom was sick so she asked me to send her this piece of music because she had recently enjoyed it and felt comfortable ,and since she had listened to she became in a better situation. After corona vaccines, 2 biontech. A year later I had heart attack and I stayed in coma 5 months. I was very lucky because my doctor put their phone with positive frequency next to me while I was sleeping in lucid coma. I came back to the life 5 months later. Now I am betterly understanding of life means. I became more positive ✨️ and I am continue to listen these frequency to hang strongly 💪 our life and our soul only belongs to us. Вырос в степи:свежий воздух, вместо машин верхом на лошади,ел экологически чистую еду,,молоко,кефир из под настоящей коровы,яйца из под настоящих кур,смеялся по настоящему рядом мама ,папа брат сестры ит.д.и думал что в городе лучше,но как же мы ошибались(((видео и музыкальное сопровождение просто вернуло меня хоть и мысленно в то время...слезы (((Дай бог здоровья всем. Да и солнце тогда было другое, большое, мягкое, тёплое жёлтого цвета, а сейчас солнце как стеклянные, какое-то неестественное ❤❤❤
