    Bravo! I love this form of music, and find your interpretation to be quite wonderful. I have subscribed to your channel and look forward to more! One can only express such ancient music from the soul, so I recognize your light within. Brightest blessings, my friend.

    I am not especially keen of throat singing (find it interesting nevertheless)
    but you are a charismatic performer
    Anything can be interesting if you do it like this.
    There is also some cognitive dissonance effect. Its amasíng to see a person with irish roots singing tuvan folk music....
    wish you lots of luck!

      Not that far. Ethnic Scandinavian music is really similar with the Central Asian - Siberian ethnic music. Especially this days Skandinavian ethnic bands using Tuvan throat singing.

      @@mhkuntug the germanic tribes were said to "sing with the throat" something that was particularly dissliked by visiting romans and well accounted it would have sounded similar to tuvan altai and mongolian throat singing as all animalistic cultures developed some form of throat singing at some point in their history as a form of worship

    • @mhkuntug
      @mhkuntug 3 роки тому +2

      @@russia1305 Yeah, even in Africa. And like you said animism is the root, it's the imitation of nature to make a connection between the spirits and the humans. But styles are very evident. Turkic, Mongolian, Hun, Finn and Scandinavian cultures are all has a connection about the Nordic-Siberian fact. Scandinavian mythologies are soo close to the Turkic-Siberian mythologies. Non nordic Europeans are more close to the Greek, Persian and Arabian cultures. But Nordic-Siberian is different. Even when most of them don't have any common ancestors. That might be a good thesis. Thanks for helping me to realize that there are not enough clear researches about this.

    obviously nothing came out of this at least for youtube then again the quality of the sound is utter shit. I'm impressed with his ability to sing like this I cant do it no matter how much I practice I'd likely need to pay for lessons which I just dont care enough to do.

      You don't need to pay for anything, there is only so much tips and suggestions can do in order to help you throat sing. If you'd like to learn how to throat sing, a couple of throat singers have created a Discord server that might help you on your way.

      It just takes a long time. I've been practicing for a year now. Sometimes it sounds good but some days I feel like it's still really bad. I think I need a few more years of practice.
      There are a few good instruction videos on UA-cam but in the end, your style will probably differ from those.
