One day I was scrolling through UA-cam when by the grace of God I saw a motivational speech video. I was so motivated I decided to get up grab my weight that were collecting dust and started to workout. And the next day I listened to another and did it again and then the next day and the next day but one day I felt unmotivated and tired(mentally) so I got on UA-cam and found another motivational speech video and I declared from day onward I would lose that weight and make my self look good but most importantly feel good. To all of those who want to do the same, JUST DO IT!!! And hey maybe these videos will help keep you going like me. And the last and final thing I wanna say is: Good luck and God bless you!!!

Not waiting for someone to make it happen for you. Truth right there! No one is going to handed it to you the life you really want. You want to feel sorry for yourself, go ahead. See where that leads you. You can’t be successful while sleeping in, you can’t be successful surrounding yourself with people that don’t lift you up. Even if they don’t, you got yourself. And most importantly God got you. You grow from failures. You are stronger than you think. You came this far, don’t stop getting where you have to be. Let them doubt you, let me talk. Don’t tell anyone your business. Keep it between you and God and stay humble. Easier than done but you won’t be a better version of yourself staying where you are now feeling for yourself. Believe in yourself but most importantly believe and trust God that He will always provide. You got this!

Then began an enterprise. It grew beyond everyone's guess. Divorce! Swallowed 90% of my wealth. I have restarted in a completely new industry.... I am very much ready. With experience and skills. You will achieve a goal that seemed like a dream and then you will realize that the grind, the work, the journey was the real reward. Finished a degree and then I missed the grind. Finished a second degree and missed the grind. Starting the MBA journey in January of 2024. Motiversity is what I listen to every single day during my workouts. Don't need music for my runs, lifting or basketball. Discipline is the key. Reward yourself with discipline. Go get what you deserve!

I needed a spark to get things going again .... well this is it ✊
Nothing can stop me but me I'm the head and not the tail. our god put in us everything we need it's up to us to bring it out when I get tired I go harder and when harder get tired I rest for about 15 or 20 minutes then I go even harder I refuse to give up I done came too far to quit now. I took quit out of my vocabulary years ago because I realize it was my enemy.
