I’m 14, and my goal is army Delta Force, the elite of the elite, I have trained every day since I was 13 already, only freezing cold showers, 500 push ups a day 1000 sit ups a day, 20 mile run every day, 2 cups of coffee and how ever much water is all I let myself drink, I eat the healthiest stuff you can imagine, and these videos help me push through, ‘‘em I’m in hell week where I can sleep for a weak and I’m going strong, I’m 14 and doing all this, your mind is your limit so train it to be undefinable, I can’t be stopped at this point because I won’t let myself be stopped. I'm in the hardest times of my life, but I'm on the verge of breakthrough. There is one aspect of my life that is potentially about to take off and everything around it seems to be crumbling.

All these quotes get to me but that last one strikes me the most. Everyone said go to college become a doctor, a teacher, something that will make a lot of Money. I did what everyone considered, I went to college to be an artist. (I don't need a certificate/degree to be one) That's my personal interest but majority of "friends" and family were against it. They said every negative thing to persuade me to go for something else. I learned what I needed/wanted to learn in art. In my moment I felt like I achieved but to them I'm nothing. I did what they said, I went to go be a police officer. I didn't feel like myself. It's like I jumped off a cliff, off my path to pursue they're goals /dream's. I dropped out of school.
Celebrating your small wins will help you stay motivated through your journey. Plus, celebrating is always super fun. Maybe you break your goal down to 10 small-sized goals with tasks that get you on track to achieve them.
