This might be the first video review of the XP2 Bal that I've seen 👀
Definitely a tempting proposition, but since I'm more of an IEM person, I'm probably better off with something with a smaller form factor i.e. Fiio's BTR series
If the Fiio 2023 Roadmap is to be believed, we'll be getting a BTR5 replacement called the BTR15 later in the fall. Definitely gonna be on the lookout for those as they say that they're (finally) switching out the 2.5 to the 4.4
May I ask you,After releasing BTR7, you think we can get a BTR15 as an option which is priced Between Btr5 and btr7?
@@saumenroy8710 as far as I can see it, no. the BTR15 will just replace the BTR5, not have it as a middle ground between the BTR5 and BTR7 as you said.
The same thing happened with their own Q11; it outright replaced the old Q1
Would love to know how this paired with the SA6 MKII specifically!
How does the xduoo stack up against the BTR7?

Sorry, my intention was to compare but video was starting to go long. The BTR7 has the same power output as XP-2Bal but delivers a more dynamic, engaging sound and is still my favorite. Of my portable usb DACs its only equaled in sound performance by the FC4.

Kinda unrelated, but have anyone had experience with Questyle M15 and felt like it pulls back the treble a lot and add too much bass? Wondering if it's just my unit that's broken or it's actually like that.

I love mine but I’ve had two factory sealed brand new units completely fail on battery within about three months each. Never had any other devices with this problem but the battery life would only hold about 2-3 minutes per full charge by the end of the three month period. I bought one for my mom at the same time as my first one and she uses hers far less (I used mine daily, she uses hers a couple times per week) but hers still failed as well but after about 9 months. My newest replacement still functions okay but the battery life is already diminishing. Not nearly as rapidly or severely as the other three units we’ve owned however.

No, it's not a good value. If anyone likes its sound signature and doesn't need bluetooth, the Q11 is better and only half the price. This product should not be recommended.
