    For a chicken weighing ~1.7 kg:
    If you are cooking with a core probe, target temperature for breast is 68 degrees, heating mode top / bottom, heating temperature 230 degrees, internal thigh temperature should get ~ 84 degrees
    If you are cooking without a heat probe, heat mode top / bottom, heat temperature 230 degrees, cooking time 40 - 42 minutes
    Sweet Chili Sauce - 30 grams
    Coarse pink salt - to taste
