This is so interesting. I grew up in Sao Paulo, in Brazil, a very modern city. Then I lived in Toronto for 10 years, where I could also express my creativity in dressing. Now I've been living in a very small city in Ontario, where people are very traditional when dressing and I feel dead, I feel unseen, unappreciated even. Sometimes I feel it's pointless to dress well, I would stand out too much. But with your lessons I now feel I can incorporate a bit about myself when I dress, even if just a tiny little detail that will make me feel more like myself without being the center of attention.
