Coin has 2 sides. I would argue it's a terrible idea to include a charger since everyone already has more than 1 charger from previous phones and there's no point in owning multiple chargers. True for the headphone jack.
A very solid phone for folks looking for a budget option. Nokia makes quality products that last. You can easily expect to get two or three years out of this phone in terms of its durability without any issues, but it'll likely run very slow once it gets Android 13.
@@davinp Yeah NFC is very cool and all but for me personally I don't really care for NFC,all I care about is having a good working smartphone,a beautiful large Hd screen, a huge 3 day 5000mah battery,a good 48mp triple Camara system and good turbo power fast charging but I respect your opinion none the less
The 20:9 aspect ratio of modern phones is really annoying. Seems to be missing the FM radio? Is this android 1 or full android? Audio quality seems good.
I believe, most of the smart mobile phones should be priced under $500, it is simply that we all know the main purpose they are built for entertaining purposes as a main focus. It is still a phone like flip phone, etc. By adding the most tech features, that should not be over a thousand. Go to the basic and ask this question, what is the phone is for? If it is used to make calls or for any emergencies, that is the main purpose. The rest are considered accessories of entertainment. Do they cost to over a thousand dollar just for that? What is the Needs vs wants? Nokia is a great phone and my first one was Nokia phone. Price is right and I am going to buy one to replace my Blackberry Key one. The only phone I like to use the most is Nokia and Blackberry. Unfortunately, Blackberry is no longer in the phone business, they are focusing to the most advance communication software company for government, military , automobile and many more. Great presentation and thank you for pointing out the pros and cons, but to me, the phone is the phone and not too crazy of all the unnecessary features that I do not use but forced to pay and they are built into its price. Good job.
I got this phone after watching this video because I figured it would be good enough. Unfortunately this phone is lacking a few things. One is I hate the fact that there is no indicating light to show if you have a missed call/message or charging indicator when the screen is off. So I have to constantly keep waking my phone to check for messages or leave the screen on all the time which kills the battery time. Also it doesn't show the battery level of my headset when it's connected so I run the risk of the battery dying while on a call. I know people might be saying "so what", but when you're used to these features from a previous phone now you don't have them, it sucks. The biggest gripe is that the camera crashes every time I take a pic and there's NO fix from Nokia. So I did have to get a camera app from the play store so it does work now but still not happy about it. Just wanted to share that for people who might be considering this phone.
I am thinking about buying one. Did you give up on fixing the defualt camera? Which app did you get to replace it? Also, can you tell me if the default camera settings has a shooting method option such as using the volume key for pictures and videos?
@@ehill1536 The phone is a cheap option for those who don't want to spend any more money. If a camera is important to you I wouldn't buy this. The App I ended up using is just called "HD Camera". It works without crashing but the phone still uses the default camera in certain instances. Like when I want to take a picture while I'm texting and send the pic, It will crash, so then I have to go out of the text and take a picture with the third party camera app then link the pic in a text. So I've pretty much worked around the shortcomings of this phone. It's not a bad phone for the price but I would spend more if I had to buy another phone right now. If your budget is tight I don't think there's too many other options out there that can beat this phone. I went with this phone for the expandable memory and the audio jack, both of which are getting harder to find these days. Anyway I suppose you could just buy it and see if you're one of the lucky ones who gets a camera that works, if not return it before it's too late.
Amazing little phone but has one huge drawback has 64 gigs of storage and a SD card slot but apps can not be moved to SD card at all according to Nokia none of there devices support this feature
It's great that Nokia still includes a charger and headphone jack because some OEMs like Samsung have dropped these such as their Galaxy A33 5G

True for the headphone jack.
Unlike budget Moto phones, it does have NFC for contactless pay, so I would choose this phone over a Motorola budget phone
What camera do you use for vlogging?

Amazing beautiful Nokia G400 5G smartphone, and the phone looks good on my Moto G Power 2021🤗
It has NFC, a feature that Motorola doesn't put on its budget phones. I don't know why Motorola does this

Can someone to tell this older veteran if I upgrade my phone can I transfer all my contacts and photos etc to the new phone. Thanks
Yes. Contacts should be connected to your google account as well as pictures.
How do you get your wallpapers
The audio is the only thing of putting here without having tested the performance. SD expentable storage makes it preferable to some flags ship to me.
Can you compare this with the N20 Nord please.
Should I get this or the Oneplus Nord n20?

It comes with Android 12, not Android 13 which has been out for 4 months now. Nokia is not one of the best OEMs when it comes to Android updates
64gb and snapdragon 480..... Come on Nokia
It's a 480+ 5G
