- In this video, we share our wonderful evening where Russians gathered with Filipino friends for a heartfelt dinner. We enjoyed delicious Lechon Manok chicken, discussed interesting topics, and shared stories about how we ended up on Samal Island and why we love the Philippines. I learned a few words and phrases in the local Bisaya dialect, and our friend Andrei Kazakh delighted us with songs in Tagalog. It was a truly special evening of cultural exchange, friendship, and fun!

Wow Im so impressed by your Russian friends he understand and can speak bisaya hehe😂
If you are in Manila, many of us will not understand so much the dialect being spoken in Davao or Cebu.
.because you are TAGALOG gay FEMINISH dialect..
Ложка на филиппинском языке, как и испанский язык в bisaya, много похожего на испанский
In tagalog maganda means beautiful, pretty...in visaya guapa means beautiful pretty.
If you said magandang haponessa means pretty japanese girl

In Russia, learning foriegn language is very easy, don't take it seriously just make a often conversation to the local people and you can learn the language easily. And have fun .
Russian people are very nice and very kind.
Am from davao city sky line catalunan grande but i live in England.
The way you pronounce it. Ha-pon afternon.. Hapon is Japanese when you pronounce it faster..
1:30 it depends on how you say it. A long “Ha” in Hapon means afternoon but a short “ha” or when you say Hapon fast means Japanese
Magandang hapon is good afternoon
That glass railing is scary other side have none looks like tarzan will fall while barbell 😂
Blessed life to be connected with nature ❤
Good morning in bisaya is maayong Buntag but in Tagalog it's magandang umaga. Good afternoon in bisaya is maayong hapon but in Tagalog it's magandang hapon.
🤔😁
its haaapon means afternoon
hapon means japamese
Kutasara is a Tagalog word also meaning spoon from Spanish word Cuchara with the same meaning SPOON

Magandang haponcis in tagalong
Maayongvhaponvis in visayan language with the same meaning good afternoon. Hapon in visayan language and tagalong is Japanese greetings from Vanka/Vanya
Hapon- is afternoon
Hapon tagalog also for japanese people is like japon,,the sound of letter J and H.
Hapon-Japanese
hapon or ha-pon-afternoon
Japon or Japanese HAREGATU, but in Filipino dialect greeting magandang hapon or good afternoon.
Very beautiful place overlooking the sea.woooowwww im inlove already of this SAMAL place
Some words in Pilipino are same in Spanish language because the Philippines was a colony of Spain for 333 yrs.

Maayong hapon is visaya dialic. Magandang hapon is tagalog dialic.
DIALECT…
@@evangelinebaluyut240 language yan hindi dialect
That's how nice a Filipino is it's horizon hospitality and culture
Pronounce the words hapon slowly that means afternoon.
If you pronounce hapon fast that means Japanese in Tagalog.
Magandang Japanese (hapon) 😂😂😂🇷🇺🇵🇭....
2:22 In bisaya, beautiful is "nindot or gwapa," (that is if you're referring to the face of a woman or her physical appearance). But "maayo" is a little bit different. It means "good." It is usually used in greetings, like maayong buntag or "good morning."
Sigarilyo means cigarette. It is a Tagalog word, derived from the Spanish word "cigarrillo."
21:39 He's not speaking bisaya. He's speaking Tagalog.
Oh wow it’s Tagalog! I’ll tell him
@@ValentinaLovingPhilippines Yes, he was speaking Tagalog when he said "Isa pang beer." In Bisaya, it is "Laing beer," or "usa pa ka beer."
When you say hapon do not speak it in fast...just say ha---pon. Prolong the 2sylables
Hapon with the accent on the last syllable ( pronounced fast) means Japanese. Hapin in "maayong hapon" or "magandang hapon" has accent in the first syllable and the two syllables should be pronounced clearly or distinctly.
.better to learn Bisaya(cebuano) coz it's a distinctive manly dialect than TAGALOG so FEMINISH/GAYISH dialect..😂
They can only use Bisaya for certain parts of the Philippines have you ever thought about that? So it's not better!
@@Zudotokashi88 from history itself bisaya(cebuano)way better and its precisely smart people who speak it ...TAGALOG the dumbness dialect and its people.
Because you are Bisaya, that's the reason. Tagalog is to communicate for the entire Philippines. If you say Tagalog is gayish then you come here in Cavite or our neighbor Batangas so you will know.
Magandang hapon is good afternoon in enlish
Congratulations Valentina para sa pag-abot 20k plus subscribers! Celebration oras at gawin isang celebration vlog!
Thank youuuuu!🙏🙏🙏
it is just a coincidence that HAPON means afternoon in the Philippines and Japan’s Hapon is the term for Japanese.
"HAPON" if you pronounce or say it slowly the meaning will be "AFTERNOON" but if you say it fast the meaning is Japanese.
What you meant is the stress in the syllable. HApon means afternoon, haPON means Japanese.
@@rising_sun8682 It matters on the first syllable "HA" pronounce HA longer it will means afternoon
Woow I like drink tubo become good my talk very reflux😅
If you want to learn the language focus on Tagalog as as you can use it wherever you will go in the Philippines while Bisaya you can only use it to some places.
Hapon, or afternoon in english....japan in tagalog is hapon too
.but you pronounce it hard on tha last sylable ha-pon.
Good and funny video, I subscribe to you bro andrey , your resort is very amazing
Yes it is the same. The first word you said is in tagalog, the second is in Bisaya.
You have to pronounce hapon slowly for afternoon and faster for japanese.
I am a new subricber,, hello im from America,,
Same word but different dialect magandang hapon in tagalog in bisaya maayong hapon .... Hapon refers to japanese but it's only for a joke😂😂😂 nothing serious about that ... Hapon means dawn start of 1pm to 6pm its considered hapon or afternoon 7pm to 12 pm its gabie in bisaya in tagalog gabi in english night 😊 i hope i could help😊
Thank u))))))🙏🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭
The sound something like Japon.. Japanese in other words hapon..pilipino say hapon it means afternoon or bosaya hapon desame..japon is japanese people.sounds like hapon..
🙏🙏🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭
Maayong hapon in bisaya... Magandang hapon in tagalog....
Inuman time
Hapon, means 'afternoon' in tagalog...... Japon , means " Japanese" ...японский... The J in Japon is pronounced as an H...Japon is pronounced as Hapon. It sounds confusing , you can understand what is being talked about in the context... When we say, " Magandang hapon " , it means we're talking about the time of day afternoon....... When we say... Mga Japon, «Японцы», на тагальском языке... it means we're talking about Japanese people.
Thank u for explain!🙏🇵🇭🇵🇭
Spanish words..kutsara sigarilyo kutsilyo
It’s like very cute versions of Russian words!))))
Ha'pon..long ha and then pon...afternoon
Hapon is afternoon. The pronunciation is different from HAPON which is our term for Japanese or Japan. The accent of afternoon’s Hapon is on the first syllable, HA. The Japan Hapon’s accent is on the 2nd syllable, PON.
Thank u🙏🇵🇭
I also like the house design🤗I just wish your house is also safe during typhoon, coz typhoons coming to the Philippines these days are getting stronger and stronger.
Mga wise Russians sila kaya nga sa Davao sila nakatira kasi walang bagyo sa Davao.... visayas luzon lang ang may bagyo
Wow Very Nice Place...😊
I think Sergey was talking about Speed, he is a famous streamer in USA who went to the Philippines. I think he got 100 thousand filipino subscribers just going here. He already famous that's why he got 6 millions views in just a day.
Ah, I got it now)) thank you)))
Cutchara is spanish means spoon
Yes Valentina those phrase are same mgandang hapon or maayung hapon are good afternoon.
🙏🙏🙏🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭
Maayong ‘hapon’ yes indeed correct. But there’s a differences on how you pronounce it !… Same spelling but different pronunciation.. ‘Hapon!!!’ Japanese- But must say together’maayong hapon ‘, surely Visaya and Mindanao will know it… Just learn on how you pronounce it …because in Philippines has loads different provinces and has native own languages ( dialect ) , they pronounce ‘hapon’ with different accent… - some part Visayas and Mindanao , ‘hapon’ , can also use for telling someone for eating dinner time …
Thank you))))🙏🇵🇭
In tagalog, magandang umaga means good morning. Magandang hapon means good afternoon. Magandang gabí means good evening. We also have magandang tanghali. It's a greeting when it's twelve noon.
Ha-pon, which means afternoon is read slowly with two syllables ha-pon. On the other side, Hapón, referring to the Japanese has the stress on the second syllable. Papel de Hapón is Japanese paper while Papel de Manila is Manila paper.
Gabí which means night has its stress on the second syllable. You pronounce it fast while gabi, a root crop, has two syllables ga-bi, which is pronounced slowly. In English, it's taro, used to cook laing, a Bicol dish.
The Philippines was colonized by Spain for 333 years such that we use lots of words with Spanish origin like cuchillo which is kutsilyo in our dialect and cuchara which is kutsara in Filipino.
Thank you very much!!!!!🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
1:39 you have to sound like hapoooon means afternoon. If japanese, Hapon sounds like only one letter O. So Good afternoon is Mangandang Hapoon.... while Japanese: HAPON is dropping sound of just one letter O.
Thank you🙏
If you pronounce ha-pon slowly, then it means afternoon. But if you pronounce it fast like h'pon (hapon), it will sound to mean 'japanese'. However, it is understandable that what you actually mean is 'good afternoon' since it's not possible that you're calling/greeting someone in front of you as 'beautiful japanese. So the one's replying to you 'japanese?' is definitely making fun of your pronunciation of the word 'hapon'.
thank you))))))
Why laugh making fun in those translated word sigarillo ,kutchillo,is it means bad words to you?,
Nooo, not bad! It’s just very very similar to Russian words, but in very cute version!
I like the bald guy , marunong makisama na..
🔥🔥🔥
Its magandang haaapon...you speak it in a long word but if it's short, the word will sound a japanese word
Now I got it))) thank u))

dont say straight hapon, you say "ha - pon" you pause on ha, then say pon. we would understand what you mean anyways whatever pronunciation you use😂
❤️❤️❤️
You two couple are likely one nationality, you BF is always Russian to me
I also perceive him Russian)) Feels like he’s Russian
Hapon ----make "ha" longer "haaa--pon", is afternoon. "Japon" is Japanese...We follow the Spanish pronunciation, you pronounce "j" as "h".
Wow, I didn’t know about j => h!
@@ValentinaLovingPhilippines In Filipino, if you will pronounce it as Filipino speaker, we usually follow the Spanish diction and pronunciation. So "G", "J" are pronounced as "H" before some vowels. Many Filipinos today are no longer familiar with Spanish spelling, so they change "J" to "H" sometimes.
Many words in Filipino languages are actually Spanish, like what your Russian friend is talking.
cigarette= cigarillo
knife= cuchillo
spoon= cuchara
fork= tinidor
table= la mesa
bread of salt= pan de sal
Pronounce it like this ha.....Pon and don't pronounce it in a quick tone!
🙏🙏🙏
You say it haapooonn because if you say hapon means Japanese...lol
Oh thank u🙏🇵🇭

Many Spanish words in Bisaya, right?
@ValentinaLovingPhilippines not only in Bisaya and all over in Philippines because the Philippines is colonized of the Spanish so that's why has the words mostly is Spanish as well.even the number we we used the Spanish like examples uno, dos, Tres, kwatro, sing ko and so on........
