The best haitian band with class. Most of the band members are brothers, this band been around for about 30 plus years, this song is about 20 years old, better then all the new haitian band thats out there.
I am not sure of how a great orchestra playing kompa sound. In this specific performance; The musical flow and instrumental transition that takes place between the musicians as Frere de Jean performs this song. I do grow appreciatively of
@Roosevelt82 From what I understand, Poulard caught a cold the night before he was scheduled to play. And for whatever reason they only chose to have him re-record his voice in the studio for some of the songs. Perhaps they exhausted their funds or had a deadline to meet.
