Have to agree, for decades the rich have polluted, brought forth war and known about the environmental dangers for decades, puppetting our politicians and turning our military force and police into murderers and a tool of them, not of justice. They are the ones who are causing Oblivion, at least That's the feeling I got from the song, with the broken heros being the common people rising up in a potentially doomed world.
"Change the Timeline, change the course" After hearing it again, (for probs 3-6th time in 2019) I'm thinking this might be what, "Signed on for a Sequel" is caused by/based on, The Hunter (At least I think it was The Hunter who voices, "Signed on for a Sequel") getting told by someone to go back in time to heal the wounds of the world. I am not as big on the lore of these songs as many others are, so I could be, and probably am, wrong, but it's an interesting thought IMO, even if it's already known XD (someone might have posted something similar on the other song, but I haven't checked comments lel)
I have a little bit of a personal idea of this song depicting the man in the chair going insane after the destruction of his capital (in glow) and destroying the parts of the earth he still controls in service to dark gods sealed away in the distant past (in godhunter and revived in losing control).
I was thinking of a plot for some songs that might also fit that character, "American Made" or "We Evolve" for example... But I don't know where to start.

i've recently come back to listening to Aviators songs and i'm sad that i missed all of these :/ but what strikes me about this amazing song is that it sounds like it could be a continuation from Slyphstorms pegasus devise, i don't know why but i fits the progression from Rainbow factory, Awoken and Pegasus devise.
