Better craftsmanship than most honda building youtubers I ever seen. Inspiring! Clean! Keeping it clean, no ghetto fabs! On top of it all a lady broke outperformed most men in craftsmanship! Seriously!

I like how you took your time to do it right. It's the little things like using a rag to stop the coolant from going all over the place. I'm a cave man and I'd make a mess. I appreciate someone that takes their time. I bought this same rad during their BF sale. I'm going to flip it upside down for my k24 swap. Look forward to Future vids.

That tucked radiator is pretty cool looking, I ran my turbo the other direction so the intake is on the passenger side. I plan to route the turbo filter behind the driver side headlight and get one of those headlight ram-air intakes to run to the turbo. Plus that way the downpipe just goes straight down behind and doesn't interfere with the radiator, plenty of room. Nice mod though.

A few tips I would give people are to use some light machine oil to lube the AN fittings onto the hose. WD-40 should work fine, but I feel the oil is better. Also, when using angled fittings, try to match it's angle up so you can use the natural curve of the hose to get the direction you want. I'd also use some anti-seize on the AN threads to prevent galling and to lubricate them a bit. I would also go back and re-torque all of those bolts and fittings after a few heat cycles to make sure things haven't loosened due to heat expansion. Lastly, I would never recommend cutting the hood support bracket without reenforcing it later. It's there for a reason.
Good to see the coolant temps went down and now there's more room for turbo goodness. Nothing beats that whistle and whoosh sound from a turbo as you're put back into your seat. #4G63510

Awesome video, have the same mishimoto 3 core and have issues with temp on freeway, creeps up to 210 when going uphill and in boost. How are your Temps when driving? In boost? Mine in down stays around 187 but I only have issues on freeway

Thank you! I was using a Mishimoto overflow, but the bracket broke on me and it was dragging on the ground and it got damaged. I got a new one, which I will be doing an update video to this tuck radiator install.
