Who else thought the knife at 7:26 was going to act like Ceremonial Dagger from Risk of Rain 2?
I mean, like 3 other items from this mod were inspired heavily by risk of rain, so I wouldn’t have been surprised if the knife did act like that.
I think that the bloody stream description is a reference to the line in ultrakill of "paint the world red"

I’m a say good content even though I’ve said it before keep working hard and I’m glad you’re back! Also when testing the damage of familiars would it not be better to give your self the blind fold because It strips Isaac from shooting or is there something I’m missing… btw did I say I love your content?

And about the blindfold, i previously used a mod to get it and i forgot to install it again heh, time to get it again
I though that the blind fold was a bace game items due to Lilith having it @-@

8:50 why not test with soy milk, since if it works as a flat damage up, it can make soy milk mad strong
The flat damage up is just for tears modifiers like brimstone and Tech x, where basically you don't shoot normal tears and instead are replaced by chargeable shots
Soy milk counts as Normal tears because it just gives you a really low DMG multiplier and high tear rate, and after testing i can say that Hot Milk just increase and decrease the damage of each tear of Soy Milk like if you didn't have any other item
Still an item worth picking with Soy Milk tho, becase the damage of the tears is mostly slightly increased and i noticed on testing that the damage reduced/increased is not more than ±0.50, so maybe it has to do with the current dmg multiplier? I will try to answer that on the next showcase of the mod tho
