The thing with Orkz is that they take stamina to build an army. Lots of people start collecting them, fewer people keep collecting them. Look online for those who didn't have the stamina and are now offloading their old Orkz. Its a never ending cycle, every Ork player has ridden it, now is the time to take your turn!
I know where you're coming from, but Orks individually take so much less time to paint than space marines because you don't have to constantly clean up any mistakes. Ork faces vs human faces are so much easier to paint impressively because their features are so exaggerated. I've been gradually building my guard, space marine and ork armies and out of those three the orks keep me sticking to them for longer. There's some minor irritation like some ork vehicles (all the buggies...) having the worst use of negative space out of any army with all those nooks and crannies you have to stab your brush into, but the mainstay vehicles like deff dreads, killa kans and battlewagons are much like SM vehicles, just large blocks and lots of flat surfaces just with a couple more cables.

Buy ork set, melt sprues in nail polish remover, roll out into plates, make trukks. I built 6 trukks that way and saved a mint, scratch build 3 mech guns. Use paw patrol trucks to make battle wagons. I love orks
Scratch build a Stompa (there are many example out there) and run it with a mek alongside, now all its guns hit on a 4. Not meta at all but very very funny.
Love me some orks, some of my picks if you're collecting: 1 - Trukks, cheap (in points) and essential to transport units to a fight 2 - Gretchin, great little utilty unit 3 - Stormboyz, another excellent utility unit these (potentially) win you games 4 - Nobz + Warboss, a surprisingly durable anti-everything squad These are all older kits and they're pretty cheap for Warhammer. I like Orks so much im starting Orcs for the Old World.
This saved my butt so many times as a kid when family would get me random 40k boxes for Christmas and birthdays. Why yes, that IS an eldar grav falcon on tracks and with giant cannons and machine guns as a death wagon, thank you for noticing.
If you are looking for an older codex to get into the proper orky mindset, I suggest the slim, soft green cover, 3rd edition Codex. It's full of art, models, ideas, examples, and more orky goodness than you can shake a squig at. Even if the rules are nearly 30-years out-of-date, some of them are still laugh-out-loud hilarious.
I've never played Orks; they're not my thing, but fighting them is ALWAYS a treat! The models are fun, and the opposing players are always cool! I've never met a bad Ork player. Stay classy, guys! You are a joy to fight.
As an ork player I love fighting the super serious players and seeing them relax when silly things happen like a trukk gets popped and ramshackles into my own nob squad. Or when I get the classic "your shoota Boyz aren't very good shooting units" Then I can smile and you're right they're the best shooting units and pull out a comical amount of dice to roll only to maybe kill something. Sometimes I'll see people looking at my army trying to figure out what I'll field. Plot twist I'll always field what I think will be the most fun winning be damned 😂
Forgot the main reason to start an Ork army is 'cause Ork is da best. Since Orks don't have hard fast rules about armor, uniforms, or what guns look like it is fairly easy to convert fantasy Orcs into Orks by giving them a slugga, the fantasy melee weapon already makes for a nice choppa. The Ork pistol can be from just about anything since with Orks close enough to a firearm is good enough.
I need to explore the world of playing Orks. I've watched battle reports and listened to Luetin with his explanation of their history and lore. They do look and sound fun to play.
They're fun to build, paint and play. They're relatively simple as a concept of how they play, but need some finesse to do right. Very satisfying when it works though.

My tips: -you can usually find Boyz relatively cheap 2nd hand. -*never* buy the Tankbusta kit, it's terrible -you can turn a Trukk kit and a Mek gun kit into 4 Mek guns pretty easily -the old Boyz kit mixes well with the Loota/Burna kit and allows you to turn regular boyz bodies into Lootas, Burnas or Spanners (you get 5 bodies with the Loota/Burna kit, but all the weapon for 4 burnas, 4 lootas and 3 spanners (kmb, rokkit and big shoota)
I still really wish they'd release an updated version of the new boys sprue that gives you options for all choppa/sluggas or shootas, but if it hasnt happened yet I dont see it happening any time soon. It'd also be nice if some of the kits were generally cheaper considering how many of some units like basic boys and gretchin you need to have a useable amount in an army.
You don't need loads of either of those to have a usable army. I own zero Boyz. Gretchin are one of if not the cheapest kit going, 2-3 is enough. But Orks are a relatively expensive army due to a fairly poor points to pounds/dollar/dollarydoo ratio.
The current ork range is fantastic - the boyz, burnas/lootas, stormboyz, and bikers have all largely interchangeable body parts, heads, etc. - I converted a great mob of tankbustas* and kommandos using parts from all the kits, and even incorporating them into regular boyz mobs spices things up a bit. My dream is for an ork range refresh that also does something like this, allowing us to maximize easy customization. You want to convert those stupid boyz from the combat patrol? You're grabbing a saw. *now useless without some extra tankhammers/pistols being converted
I started my Ork army with the new Boarding Patrol; I enjoyed the BP and KT games with Snikrot and the Kommandos, so I decided to expand to a full 2000 pts WH40K army. I bought an unopened Beast Snagga Army box from a friend of a friend for cost and decided to go with a “Beast” themed army, with a total of 40 Beast Snagga Boyz, 12 Squighog Boyz, Beastboss Squigosaur, Squigbuggy, and 2 Kill Rigs. I also bought Ghazghkull Thraka and 10 Stormboyz, because they’re meta. Since 10e was released, I bought 3 Meganobz for Ghazghkull to lead. I’m looking forward to the Orks’ 10e codex next year; I hope there’s some fun new units and/or updates to older ones. Orks aren’t cheap but they’re FUN to paint and play!
My plan is to have 1 kommando squad camping/going where needed, 1 kommando squad being aggresive, X boyz rushing the enemy with atleast 1 squigboy squad(with a warboss)also attacking with flanking, 1-2 gretchin taking the nearest objectives. 1-3 squigbuggys shooting the cute squigs from afar. Thats my idea so far. No idea if is good or not.
Honestly, you can just buy up any ork bits/boxes second hand (from older editions, blood bowl, fantasy, AoS, whatever) and with a bit of creative touch ups, they all work for an ork army if you need a lot of Boyz and you need them quick.
Orks are the faction that seem to have the most scratch building videos on UA-cam for some their models. I've seen a few on chaos deamons but most of them are for Orks. in reality scratch building for a 40k game would take a lot longer even if it was cheaper, on top of that not all tournaments accept scratch built armies. Despite this though I would like to see someone try to scratch build models from other factions.

Two stompas Gaz and a deff dread. 4 kits gets you 1985 points. Is it good no but it's probably the cheapest close to 2000 point army you can make. As it's big and Stompy.
This series is very helpful as I’m helping some friends enter the hobby, but I’ve been a black Templars player since their inception way back in the day and it’s hard to give them collecting advice on other armies.
I ended up with 2 combat patrols for 90 bucks each, I had some Kommandos from the octarius kill team and just picked up mozrog and snikrot. I'm feeling good for now lol
It's the edition of the Stompa!!!!! I mean its actually playable without major feels bad. Still pricey and not competitive, but the 4+ mek BS boost and some lucky rolls here and there, make the stompa a nice distraction carnifex. I had some success with stompa green tide. 100 boyz, grots, warbosses, mek, and a stompa. But the stompa is an auto incoude for me. We never get enough play time with them!!!
Note regarding boyz: New mob is indeed fixed loadout (though can switch between big shoota / rokkit launcha and power klaw / big choppa). Neither boyz squad will give your nob his full options - if you want killsaws, power stabbas, or kombi-rokkits or -skorchas. The old boyz kit is almost perfectly compatible with the nobz kit, though - and with a big of green stuff, it's possible to mix them up with the new monopose boyz - that way you can get boyz with any loadout you damn well please, some nice dyanmic poses, and no two boyz have to look the same even prior to painting.
Killsaws and Power Stabbas aren't options for Boss Nobs any more. The only weapon the new kit lacks is a Kombi Weapon (Kombi Scorcha / Rokkit don't exist), which isn't a huge deal on a unit that can't shoot. Being locked into a bunch of shootas is a bigger concern, but they're really cool models.
My tip when you want Beastsnagga boyz: Don't buy the 40k box. Go to age of sigmar and get the Savage Orruk box instead for the same price and double the models, while still giving the cave man vibe.
Gap games here in Australia is a great way to start any army, not only are they fast, but also give a further 5 percent doff with their army builder discount.
One thing I wanted to nitpick (more about GW's website than this video) is that the downloads are only available under UK English. For some reason they have an American English section but no 40k downloads there.
Got my hands way too full with Nids/GSC, but if I ever work my way to a third expansion, Orks are a serious consideration, I have 6 armies in various states of completion...if I ever expand yo 9, I might just do Orks, and maybe a space marine chapter🤢, then it'd be a coin toss between thousand sons and death guard, either one means expanding my daemons makes total sense 😂😅
"The color you painted your army doesn't impact the rules too much". I don't know why this keeps getting brought up. There is no rule in Warhammer that says your ultramarine army has to be painted blue. There is no rule that says your Speed Freaks need to be red. There are no in-game rules tied to paint at all.
Old boys kit is compatible with loot burna kit so you can get more out of those kits buy having more boys also you can find alt casts and prints of the bodies and legs to get more out of every infantry kit sans new boys and storm boys
Flashgitz. Badrukk. Currently, Tankbustas are one of the derpiest units in the game. Stay clear. Lootas might be OK. Presently, the Orks rules do not really support shooting, having a rather weak 1 turn "get into melee and melee" buff.
I feel like painboy/boss wasn't touched on in this video. How are they doing in the meta? I bought the Combat Patrol box at the end of 9th and am looking to expand, clan is goffs.
Maybe some play with a Boyz brick and a Painboy, they're pretty cheap and a 5+++ will make them pretty sticky. Painboss not so sure, that's a squad you could be putting a beastboss in. The Snagga boyz don't matter so much, they're just meat shields for the boss!
@@chetmanley1885 I don't know, they've chewed through their fair share of infantry for me. I do agree that you're better off running more beastbosses is anything. I'd rather stick a warboss or nob with banner in boyz over a painboy.

I don't see chewing up infantry as much an issue or something you need to lean into, they just die very easily and we have enough volume on basically any unit to deal with them, but I do like having some OC2.
Yeah, until our Codex comes out in the Spring, we are basically stuck with the Waaagh Tribe detachment (basically just Goffs, if you played 9th). It's almost a certainty though that we will get a Speed Freeks Detachment later.
Strongly don't recommend the new monobad boyz. The old ones hold up fine and come with many more options... especially if you also get some loota kits. Don't reward GW for bad kits.
The best way to start an ork army is to plan playing 9th edition instead, so you have more viable units rather than a small handful of good things on top of a mountain of trash. How much better can 9th be, you might ask? Well there's no mandatory compositions crippling unit effectiveness, such as nobz being able to dual wield 2 different melee weapons rather than being forced to go 1 melee + pissboy slugga, and tankbustas can run 5 rokkit launchas rather than having 2 completely useless units with pistols and a fucking melee weapon in a squad of 5. Weirdboyz can use their powers on more units rather than only their squad, Ghaz isn't a 9 wound weakling surrounded by squaddies, and rules for clans exist! And they can make ork shooting not so shit!
I'd argue that ork shooting is probably stronger now in 10th than in 9th due to all the leader bonuses and Mekaniak +1H. It just doesn't have synergy with the Waaagh detachment currently. And either way, your points about orks being less versatile is definitely true. I'm pretty happy with 10th despite it being less than ideal, but once our Codex comes out it should bring the faction back up to par (assuming James doesn't mess things up too badly).
If you think Nobz have been crippled this edition, you haven't played with them. Ghaz is still a unit, the Meganobz actually make him way tougher. Klan rules were mostly not good and only goffs really worked. Shooting was only good in weird skew lists. Now only having 'goffs' is something that'll change with the codex but it's the same problem everyone has.
@@chetmanley1885 I haven't, because this edition is shit and has gutted all choices and small details. 9th was better, 9th continues to be better because GW didn't sack all their playtesters. Anyhow, if nobz are so great go and destroy a T10 vehicle with them. Or better yet, try to destroy it with killsaw meganobz and their pathetic 2 attacks per model. The mediocrity pie's aftertaste is gonna catch up with you real fast. Uh-huh... too bad you can't run more than two megas and ghaz in a battlewagon. Ooh, ork footslogging movement speed and any precision weapons. And he's dead T1, whoops. Effectiveness doesn't matter, I don't play tournament-level games and most others don't either, so don't rip away my choices even if they're fluffy as hell. Besides, deathskulls still benefited ork shooting, Evil Sunz could launch units up the board for objective pressure right now, Freeboota speedwaaaghs were great but now speedwaaaghs don't even fucking exist. Nothing for ork shooting aside the battlewagon + mek + flash gitz thing, and I guess killa kanz if they don't shoot their own allies because ork wackyness means they must damage themselves in some dumbass way. If they don't have basic regimental rules for 10th, then the edition is not officially finished and shouldn't have been released. Simple as. No I don't see why just space marine chapters, hell not even all space marine chapters, should get their own regimental rules while everyone else is told to suck a lemon.

Speedwaaagh is dead and buried, freebootas + deathskulls shooting is gone because freebootas are gone, some units like the scrapjet and the deffkoptas lost 1BS on vehicles for the former or volume of shots for the latter. We have three shooting units and one of which is a combo in a battlewagon which will be focused down T1 without that 5++ kustom job. Which wouldn't be so bad if running a barebones cost-effective battlewagon was possible but you'd be a fool not to run all the useless guns on it since you're already charged the points costs (free wargear is a lie, if it were free the points cost would be closer to a 9th ed barebones battlewagon). And yeah, the whole regimental rules just not being there makes this feel like an extremely unfinished and rushed out edition. I don't understand why people are happy about this edition when it's a massive strategic downgrade. Nobody should be eating this mediocrity pie when there's a whole better clearly complete clearly better balanced edition to enjoy.
Orks were the first minis i've seen from warhammer and also the first i painted. I've alway assumed Orks were a big part of warhammer (maybe a bit more on Battle than on 40K) and i'm a bit sad to see where they are right now. They have no "proper" boyz box (a one with new sculptures and all options available, and not "beast snagga", just regular boyz). Also as you mentionned : there is no distinction between clans, and i always see the same kind of armies ... BTW i don't what they smoked with this "beast snagga" stuff, it looks like they wanted to make a mix between fantasy orks and 40k orks, i honnestly don't like it at all, old clans were way better. I miss Armagedon times ...
Gretchin are by far the most important unit Orks have right now. Flash Gitz are definitely not bad when it comes to Orky shooting. In a Trukk with a Mek boost they hit on 4+. Also people forget this, but they're actually great in melee: 4 attacks with a S5 Choppa and even better in the WAAAGH! turn.
I await the day my kult of speed boyz get their own book. It'll never happen, mind you, but I still await that day. My biker boss is largely just a nice show piece but every now and again, and with the right people, he gets to hit the board and have some fun.
Small correction on the Orks Codex section - looks like it IS one of the ones confirmed for Spring 2024. My mistake there!

GW actively discourages people from playing orks by making them less fun and less competitive every edition.
No lies detected. You can get great discounts (50%+) on Ork lots if you're patient and not super picky about what kits you end up with.
You either have zero Orks or multiple thousands of points, there is no in between.

My plan is to have 1 kommando squad camping/going where needed, 1 kommando squad being aggresive, X boyz rushing the enemy with atleast 1 squigboy squad(with a warboss)also attacking with flanking, 1-2 gretchin taking the nearest objectives. 1-3 squigbuggys shooting the cute squigs from afar. Thats my idea so far. No idea if is good or not.
The older Boyz box just makes sense. Cheaper and weapon options. Sure the sculpts show their age but when massed as a mob you won't know/care.
Honestly, you can just buy up any ork bits/boxes second hand (from older editions, blood bowl, fantasy, AoS, whatever) and with a bit of creative touch ups, they all work for an ork army if you need a lot of Boyz and you need them quick.
Orks are the faction that seem to have the most scratch building videos on UA-cam for some their models. I've seen a few on chaos deamons but most of them are for Orks. in reality scratch building for a 40k game would take a lot longer even if it was cheaper, on top of that not all tournaments accept scratch built armies. Despite this though I would like to see someone try to scratch build models from other factions.

Two stompas Gaz and a deff dread. 4 kits gets you 1985 points. Is it good no but it's probably the cheapest close to 2000 point army you can make. As it's big and Stompy.

This series is very helpful as I’m helping some friends enter the hobby, but I’ve been a black Templars player since their inception way back in the day and it’s hard to give them collecting advice on other armies.
So what you're going to want to do is get 3x grot mega tanks 3x 8 grot tanks 3x 22 gretchin then pick up whatever you think looks cool
I ended up with 2 combat patrols for 90 bucks each, I had some Kommandos from the octarius kill team and just picked up mozrog and snikrot. I'm feeling good for now lol

It's the edition of the Stompa!!!!! I mean its actually playable without major feels bad. Still pricey and not competitive, but the 4+ mek BS boost and some lucky rolls here and there, make the stompa a nice distraction carnifex. I had some success with stompa green tide. 100 boyz, grots, warbosses, mek, and a stompa. But the stompa is an auto incoude for me. We never get enough play time with them!!!

Note regarding boyz:
New mob is indeed fixed loadout (though can switch between big shoota / rokkit launcha and power klaw / big choppa). Neither boyz squad will give your nob his full options - if you want killsaws, power stabbas, or kombi-rokkits or -skorchas.
The old boyz kit is almost perfectly compatible with the nobz kit, though - and with a big of green stuff, it's possible to mix them up with the new monopose boyz - that way you can get boyz with any loadout you damn well please, some nice dyanmic poses, and no two boyz have to look the same even prior to painting.
Killsaws and Power Stabbas aren't options for Boss Nobs any more.
The only weapon the new kit lacks is a Kombi Weapon (Kombi Scorcha / Rokkit don't exist), which isn't a huge deal on a unit that can't shoot.
Being locked into a bunch of shootas is a bigger concern, but they're really cool models.

My tip when you want Beastsnagga boyz:
Don't buy the 40k box. Go to age of sigmar and get the Savage Orruk box instead for the same price and double the models, while still giving the cave man vibe.
i scratch building all my ork vehicles, which is so far a battlewagon, trukk, 2 deff dreads, and 3 deff kopters :D
Gap games here in Australia is a great way to start any army, not only are they fast, but also give a further 5 percent doff with their army builder discount.
One thing I wanted to nitpick (more about GW's website than this video) is that the downloads are only available under UK English. For some reason they have an American English section but no 40k downloads there.

Got my hands way too full with Nids/GSC, but if I ever work my way to a third expansion, Orks are a serious consideration, I have 6 armies in various states of completion...if I ever expand yo 9, I might just do Orks, and maybe a space marine chapter🤢, then it'd be a coin toss between thousand sons and death guard, either one means expanding my daemons makes total sense 😂😅
"The color you painted your army doesn't impact the rules too much". I don't know why this keeps getting brought up. There is no rule in Warhammer that says your ultramarine army has to be painted blue. There is no rule that says your Speed Freaks need to be red. There are no in-game rules tied to paint at all.

Old boys kit is compatible with loot burna kit so you can get more out of those kits buy having more boys also you can find alt casts and prints of the bodies and legs to get more out of every infantry kit sans new boys and storm boys

Flashgitz. Badrukk. Currently, Tankbustas are one of the derpiest units in the game. Stay clear. Lootas might be OK. Presently, the Orks rules do not really support shooting, having a rather weak 1 turn "get into melee and melee" buff.
Wait until the codex probably, there might be something in there to make it work but the current detachment doesn't support it.

I feel like painboy/boss wasn't touched on in this video. How are they doing in the meta? I bought the Combat Patrol box at the end of 9th and am looking to expand, clan is goffs.
The points for healing aren't too great. 5+++ on the Snaggas is solid, though. Painboss is like a super Nob. Painboy is fine with some Nobz as well.
Maybe some play with a Boyz brick and a Painboy, they're pretty cheap and a 5+++ will make them pretty sticky.
Painboss not so sure, that's a squad you could be putting a beastboss in. The Snagga boyz don't matter so much, they're just meat shields for the boss!
@@chetmanley1885 I don't know, they've chewed through their fair share of infantry for me. I do agree that you're better off running more beastbosses is anything. I'd rather stick a warboss or nob with banner in boyz over a painboy.

I don't see chewing up infantry as much an issue or something you need to lean into, they just die very easily and we have enough volume on basically any unit to deal with them, but I do like having some OC2.

I prefer the old boyz kit. It fits well with the innate humor of orks with their goofy squaty stance.
I actually like both. A mix of old style and new style even seems proper Orky if you consider they're from different clans/biomes.

Yeah, until our Codex comes out in the Spring, we are basically stuck with the Waaagh Tribe detachment (basically just Goffs, if you played 9th). It's almost a certainty though that we will get a Speed Freeks Detachment later.
Strongly don't recommend the new monobad boyz. The old ones hold up fine and come with many more options... especially if you also get some loota kits. Don't reward GW for bad kits.

The best way to start an ork army is to plan playing 9th edition instead, so you have more viable units rather than a small handful of good things on top of a mountain of trash.
How much better can 9th be, you might ask?
Well there's no mandatory compositions crippling unit effectiveness, such as nobz being able to dual wield 2 different melee weapons rather than being forced to go 1 melee + pissboy slugga, and tankbustas can run 5 rokkit launchas rather than having 2 completely useless units with pistols and a fucking melee weapon in a squad of 5. Weirdboyz can use their powers on more units rather than only their squad, Ghaz isn't a 9 wound weakling surrounded by squaddies, and rules for clans exist! And they can make ork shooting not so shit!
I'd argue that ork shooting is probably stronger now in 10th than in 9th due to all the leader bonuses and Mekaniak +1H. It just doesn't have synergy with the Waaagh detachment currently.
And either way, your points about orks being less versatile is definitely true. I'm pretty happy with 10th despite it being less than ideal, but once our Codex comes out it should bring the faction back up to par (assuming James doesn't mess things up too badly).
If you think Nobz have been crippled this edition, you haven't played with them.
Ghaz is still a unit, the Meganobz actually make him way tougher.
Klan rules were mostly not good and only goffs really worked. Shooting was only good in weird skew lists.
Now only having 'goffs' is something that'll change with the codex but it's the same problem everyone has.
@@chetmanley1885 I haven't, because this edition is shit and has gutted all choices and small details. 9th was better, 9th continues to be better because GW didn't sack all their playtesters. Anyhow, if nobz are so great go and destroy a T10 vehicle with them. Or better yet, try to destroy it with killsaw meganobz and their pathetic 2 attacks per model. The mediocrity pie's aftertaste is gonna catch up with you real fast.

Effectiveness doesn't matter, I don't play tournament-level games and most others don't either, so don't rip away my choices even if they're fluffy as hell. Besides, deathskulls still benefited ork shooting, Evil Sunz could launch units up the board for objective pressure right now, Freeboota speedwaaaghs were great but now speedwaaaghs don't even fucking exist. Nothing for ork shooting aside the battlewagon + mek + flash gitz thing, and I guess killa kanz if they don't shoot their own allies because ork wackyness means they must damage themselves in some dumbass way.
If they don't have basic regimental rules for 10th, then the edition is not officially finished and shouldn't have been released. Simple as. No I don't see why just space marine chapters, hell not even all space marine chapters, should get their own regimental rules while everyone else is told to suck a lemon.

Speedwaaagh is dead and buried, freebootas + deathskulls shooting is gone because freebootas are gone, some units like the scrapjet and the deffkoptas lost 1BS on vehicles for the former or volume of shots for the latter. We have three shooting units and one of which is a combo in a battlewagon which will be focused down T1 without that 5++ kustom job. Which wouldn't be so bad if running a barebones cost-effective battlewagon was possible but you'd be a fool not to run all the useless guns on it since you're already charged the points costs (free wargear is a lie, if it were free the points cost would be closer to a 9th ed barebones battlewagon).
And yeah, the whole regimental rules just not being there makes this feel like an extremely unfinished and rushed out edition. I don't understand why people are happy about this edition when it's a massive strategic downgrade. Nobody should be eating this mediocrity pie when there's a whole better clearly complete clearly better balanced edition to enjoy.

Orks were the first minis i've seen from warhammer and also the first i painted. I've alway assumed Orks were a big part of warhammer (maybe a bit more on Battle than on 40K) and i'm a bit sad to see where they are right now. They have no "proper" boyz box (a one with new sculptures and all options available, and not "beast snagga", just regular boyz). Also as you mentionned : there is no distinction between clans, and i always see the same kind of armies ... BTW i don't what they smoked with this "beast snagga" stuff, it looks like they wanted to make a mix between fantasy orks and 40k orks, i honnestly don't like it at all, old clans were way better. I miss Armagedon times ...

Haha, those are two of the most efficient units for Orks right now. You could definitely build a good list around having 3 of each of that pair.

Gretchin are by far the most important unit Orks have right now. Flash Gitz are definitely not bad when it comes to Orky shooting. In a Trukk with a Mek boost they hit on 4+. Also people forget this, but they're actually great in melee: 4 attacks with a S5 Choppa and even better in the WAAAGH! turn.
