M87 - NGC 4535 Redux (Deep space music for RPG/40K gaming, study, reading, astronomy etc)

NGC 4535 is a gorgeous barred spiral galaxy - slightly bigger than our own - in the Virgo region.
While in the process of transferring all the 'Noctilucent Threnody' master tapes to hard disk I discovered several other pieces in their multitrack form, so I transferred as many of those as possible at the same time; this is one of those. Unfortunately this particular tape had deteriorated quite badly in the intervening years (each individual track seemed to have its own idea of what concert pitch was at different times in the track), and I had to do a massive amount of painstaking pitch correction to try and wrangle it back into sort-of-shape. It's still not perfect, but I thought it was interesting enough to put up here anyway.
Things are coming along nicely on the job of remastering and remixing the 'Noctilucent Threnody' album, by the way; all 7 original tracks are now edited and pitch-corrected to a point where I'm pretty happy with how they're sounding, and going through mixes now. I'm also doing similar work on the bonus tracks that will come with the album and also working on ideas for updated album artwork, so keep an eye on here; a release announcement will hopefully be coming sooner rather than later...
