    When you want to film what’s going on inside the CNC splash bath cabinet, you can stick one of these hydrophobic screen protector sheets for an iPad or other large tablet onto the inside of the glass window, they repel the cutting fluid well enough to see what going on from the outside.

    Excellent video, as always. I appreciate how you are able to take a such a random factory process and turn it into an interesting story with impressive filming and editing, then you sprinkle in the humor to make it even better, all while taking jabs at the missle maniac in the North.

      @@Factory_Monster I can only imagine all of the refusals you must get. It’s a testament to your obvious tenacity that you are persuasive enough to still get enough approvals to be able to post a video so often. It doesn’t really even seem to matter what the subject is, either, because YOU find a way to make it interesting. Your efforts are noticed and respected.

    Those grooves cut are referred to as "Threads" for future reference. I love absolutely everything about this. So many clever yet simple tricks used in combination with automated CNC mills and lathes.
    And I also enjoy the jabs at the northern missile maniac.

    Забавно выглядит как все видео деталь проходит выверенный техпроцесс, получается чистенькая, аккуратненькая, сотка к сотке. А потом приходит чел с болгаркой, дабы законтрить намертво резьбу 😄
    Такое чувство, будто на этом месте технолог отошёл покурить и слесаря придумали как придумали)

      Я так думаю что они дают гарантию, а если открутить чтоб смазку и подшипники поменять то гарантия пропадает и они бесплатно менять не будут!!

    LOL, love it --- "Aint North" "They make something useful, unlike the missile maniac in the north" "not missile launch map".
    Man, that is some extremely high quality stuff right there... must be INSANELY expensive! They should be real proud of that.
    By the way, when you said they cut the "spiral", the proper english word is "threads". As in screw threads. Also, the "milk" is called "coolant" (suspension of oil & water like you mentioned).

      they never lift them by hand. just the center part one time to put it in the outer part. and that is the less than half the weight. so I don't think they have any lift req

    3:25 설명에는 간단히 초경합금텅스텐을 작은구멍에 끼워넣는다고 되어있는데... 원리가 궁금하네요... 드릴이면 사용시 해당부위에 가해지는 힘이 장난아닐텐데... 통짜도아니고, 용접도 아니고 그냥 끼워넣는다니... 어떻게하는건가요..

    I saw these things ( or atleast 99% similar) Last autumn in BAUMA expo in münich. These roller/digging things can get so immense and massive that it's insane. a blade size of a car? No prob. how a bout a cutting blade size of a bus? Sure.
    I love these videos and seeing shiny new metal, effortlessly sliding threads when they test them... So much satisfaction!
    These videos, the way they are filmed and presented, no steps are missed, the effort you make to tell a story of the product and just overall feeling of these videos scratch a itch in my brain that no other thing does. Thanks.
