Does anyone know do you need to change anything in settings on ps to connect to wifi… can’t get mine to connect

Same. My tablet won't connect to the internet at all. In the settings all of the hardware has been turned off and it says "disconnected" with no way to reconnect 🤷🏽‍♀️ I'm waiting to hear back from customer service.
