London Underground - Victoria Line

Bombardier (Derby built) Movia 2009 Stock trains on the Victoria Line, part of the London Underground network. The Victoria line was the first line to be operated automatically (ATO Operation), the only manual labour being the operation of the doors and the initiation of the ATO sequence. These two tasks are to this day still performed by a driver present in the cab, who is also capable of taking over manual control of the unit, should this be necessary, for example in the event of an emergency.
