I was Recently diagnosed with pots so I can relate to this I also have a service dog in training who is learning to do Heart rate alerts as well as gluten detection As I have Celiac's disease
Yes i am an equestrian i am a huge fan of riding and i have definitely found dressage a bit easier than jumping and Thank you we had a huge scare a few days ago the day before my birthday were my SDit was almost attacked by a dog in Walmart and the guy accused me of kicking his dog when I blocked it from Lunging at my SDit and he started yelling at me i almost had to go the the hospital by Ambulance because my dog missed a HR alert and the guy had the Audacity to come back yelling and screaming at me with his dog while my heart rate was almost 200 sitting still i was stuck on the floor for an hour🤦♀️
@@ServiceDogPawsI find riding itself to be manageable (I ride western pleasure), however grooming, especially picking hooves, is flaring. And hot summers don't help! I ride western, so I wear jeans to the barn, but this summer I'm tempted to ride in capri jeans with compression calf sleeves underneath. It will be a look 😂
I started my own fitness journey a few years ago and I’ve got nowhere since physically but it’s massively helped my mental health. Keep going Dom you’re doing incredible especially while having POTS and who knows maybe you’ll grow stronger than Austin one day (don’t let her defeat you Austin)😁
This is so true! I’m still hurting. But I still adapt and do what I can! ❤ and she’s the cutest little thing. She’s 6 months old and I just can’t with her😂 love her to pieces
@@ServiceDogPaws if I could post a picture I would. I was doing yoga the other day. My 7 month old kitten Ruby decided she was going to ‘help’ with my downward dog. She got on my back and laid down between my shoulder blades. My mom was laughing so hard she couldn’t bend down to pick her up. So she just snapped a pic instead.

Dressage? Equestrian too? I’ve found it to be the easier sport with pots.
Good luck with your in training puppo ❤

It definitely has a mental boost to it. I tried and that feels so good.
Even if it hurts after 😂 🙏🏻 thank you as always. And much love ❤️
@@ServiceDogPaws pain, suffering, agony 🤣
Even with my scoliosis some exercises are difficult. You learn to adapt and get it done. Is it easy? No. Does it hurt? Yes. Is it worth it? Hell yes!
Also, I love how the kitty is half involved, half judging you.
