Unfortunately, I am not knowledgeable in this type of business. I did find this certificate on Georgia's website that might be a start: dor.georgia.gov/st-5-certificate-exemption. But you should consult with your tax accountant for further assistance.

Thank you for this video. I just have a question.. at the bottom of the form (Authorization part - Create Registered Agent also for Authorizer's signature) it says put a legal name that is in your birth certificate, but I got married , should I still use my maiden name? or it is ok to use my married name? Thank you

Thanks a lot for your help,I made a website for online tutoring and educational consulting,I have work authorization in the US but my SSN is still pending.Can I start my business without registration?Since I need an SSN for registration and it may take one month processing.

You should be able to use a Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) instead of a Social Security Number (SSN) to register your business. You can learn more about an ITIN here: www.irs.gov/individuals/individual-taxpayer-identification-number.
