Thank you Matt! What you share day to day is so very close to my heart and state of being! I am around literally thousands every day yet totally alone and unknown. I’m seeing it’s of my creation for protection 🙏❤️
So true but it’s not that easy to just take your walls down. It’s also hard when u have kids with someone...they are forever tied to u because of that. And it’s hard to move on when u see them and are reminded of them every single day. I don’t know how to heal or let my walls down. Sometimes I think it’s better to not let anybody in even the good people.
I love this Matt!!! I notice that when I'm alone I start to learn alot about myself. I feel it's a time to not make the decision to stop loving but to learn and ask yourself things like why did you allow yourself to get hurt so much in the relationships or why u just cant let go and they have to be the one to break up with u.
