Her eye look turned out really beautiful, but as she mentioned about the glitter migrating everywhere. To me it also looks like the glitter is separating on her eyes.

That Glow Job mask is a big no for me. It doesn’t look like it has any beneficial ingredients. The second two ingredients are drying alcohols- no thanks. I’m hoping they come out with more glosses with that packaging...it’s absolutely gorgeous. I just can’t do glittery metallic glosses 😬 More nude glosses Too Faced! Thanks for your review Zabrena! 💗
I have four of those peach lipsticks and I love them!
I mentioned that overly suggestive 😂🙄 Glow Job mask in one of my “To Haul or Not To Haul” video’s from last year and pointed out that it’s not a great mask also listing the problematic alcohols among the drab list of not so beneficial ingredients. Good call! 👍💓
🙌🙌 And the glitter in the mask is super irritating to the skin. It wasn't even a new product; TF came out with it before. I remember people complaining about the name. Nope, nope, nope.
Carrie Meadows I thought I remembered it too. Repulsive name and it looks disgusting. I don’t know if Jarrod is ever going to grow up out of the kindergarten style humour but meanwhile it’s not helpful for marketing his products.
You’ve got to wonder which of his staff said “oh hey that’s a great idea” or if they all get drunk and silly on Friday afternoon when it comes to names.
Kamloops Cruise no kidding that name is atrocious. Alienates a big chunk of their demographic I bet.
glitter mask is most beneficial for Instagram pix. Glam eyes and a face full of glitter that you can peel up for 'light through' effect in the pix - other than that - there is no benefit to glitter in the mask.

Yeah it does. I will never turn down a shimmering lip gloss but these are a bit much. They definitely remind me of the play makeup my sister and i had growing up

I used a similar glitter eyeshadow this morning and this is what I found: yes using your finger does help BUT I patted it from the pan on to my finger, and while applying the shadow on the lid, I “rolled” the shadow on and that worked much better than rubbing. A brush didn’t work for me either so I thought I’d share with you how that process changed my glitter application
It looked like the glitter mask seriously reduced the redness around your cheeks after you peeled it off. But as much as I love glitter, I couldn't cope with it left behind on my face afterwards!
The highlighter you wore here is one of the nicest I've ever seen

First timer here, I have to say I absolutely love your eyeshadow- but if you can do a video on how to keep glitter shadow stay put-I would love it!! Glitter on lids actually hides imperfections ( I am old!) and I love it, but I find even with finger application, it is all over my face!!!! I will watch a ton more of you, thumbs up!!!
Personally I think your eye makeup looked amazing! I love how honest your reviews are and that’s why I subscribed and keep coming back for more. I’ve had my eye on that pallet for quite sometime now and was planning to purchase it. Now I’m not so sure. Either way I thank you for the review.
Thank you for your kind words! The shimmers and mattes are really nice, and I'll probably only use those. It's such a shame those four glitters won't get used by me though and are taking space from other could've-been shades :(

I loved the real time eyeshadow video. I look forward to the winged liner! Would you consider doing a tips/dos/don'ts on applying glitter, and what products seem to play well together as far as laying the base with primer/glitter glue, shadow, loose and cream glitter shadows?
I love the real time application idea. Smacy did one where she showed the difference between taking time to blend..like 1 snd 1/2 hours vs not..about 30 min. It gave a realistic idea of how much time you need to plan for. I am enjoying watching yours.
I like glitter but this collection is a bit too much glitter for me lol especially that mask! All of the glitter specks would drive me nuts. Great video! Love your reviews!

I have extremely hooded eyes and I always wear a shimmer or glitter on my lid . I use the liquid from Lit Cosmetics on my lid, let it dry for 20 seconds then put on my shimmer or glitter and it never ever transfers on my eyes.
I have the “pretty rich” palette and it has great pigment. It isn’t streaky if you apply it correctly. The shimmer shades are amazing! I’ve gotten more compliments on my eyes from this palette than any other palette ❤️
Tis the season of Pink and Glitter. Several Pink/Berry/Nude Collections, by different brands, have been released. Thanks for the tutorial. I always enjoy your videos even if I would not purchase the items used :).

Erinescence I hear you. I’m 41, I totally understand what you mean. But remember, if you like something, you can wear it no matter your age.
There are some things over 40, I don’t feel confident doing anymore....for sure.

No body is too old for something, if you don't like glitter it's ok but don't stop yourself for doing something just because "you're too old". My mom is 55, loves shine and glitter and she looks stunning wearing it.

Zabrena, you’re definitely the expert, however, I have found that spraying an inexpensive eyeshadow sponge applicator with MAC fix plus, pressing it into the glitter and then pressing it onto the eye helps.

That glitter mask reminded me of the old Bath & Body Works art stuff or whatever their “teen” line was in the late 90s. Everything was packed with sparkly goop & smelt like candy.

The packaging notes that the glitter eyeshadows are best applied with a glitter glue and with your finger. Using that method will prevent it from creasing and moving around
Zabrena, please do a segment soon on the best long term anti redness remedies you have found, especially those that don’t just cover up with green or other colors. You skin looked so quiet and toned down today. Xxxoooxxx
Hi Zabrena. I just came across your channel, well, I seen your newest video and am working backwards. :) When working with glitter I never apply it all over the lid. I use a similar color on the lid and just apply the glitter in the center so it doesn't get in in my eyes. I have very sensitive eyes, so I found this to work best for me. I just thought I'd suggest it.

Zabrena! To clean up glitter that has fallen on your face, use scotch tape! I stick it to my hand first to remove some of the stickiness and then just stick it on the area of my face the glitter has fallen and peel it off. Works like a charm 💖
I'm always impressed by how talented you are. In addition, I so appreciate your honesty. Personally, this whole glitter-in-everything trend can't die soon enough.

!!!TIP!!! For glitter eyeshadow I've seen people put the glitter on the brush, spray it with setting spray and then apply on to the lid! I think the wet helps it stick to the eyelid a lot better and stay in place
Hi! Normally, it does, you're right, but these are a chunky glitter gel that don't work like that sadly :(
The highlighter packaging is indeed pretty, but I can't stand the size and bulkiness of it. Sleek/slim packaging is more my style!
Hey Zabrena, is there any chance you'll allow community contributions for closed captioning? Don't get me wrong, your pronunciation and volume is clear as day, but there's some moments where the captions cannot follow what you're trying to say based on inflection or volume. I love your videos (been here for almost 2 years now!) and I hope you consider this for your subscribers who have an easier time reading captions than listening to audio!

Nyx makes a dual ended silicone applicator just for applying shimmer, metallics & glitter eyeshadows. Of course it won't make the glitter stick to your eyes better, but it might make precise application a little easier. I ordered one to use with soft shimmers & foils. I don't do glitters, not even liquid. It gets everywhere including in my eyes which is no Bueno- I wear contacts.
I sometimes apply glitter to just the lashline, middle of the lid or outer corner of the lid, when I find that it creases as badly as these did. Maybe you could try that & see how they wear. Have you tried dose of colours makeup? I recently purchased the friendcation 2 palette and it is stunning! When you pair the shimmer on top of each other it creates a whole new shade and it's absolutely beautiful. They are pricey but worth it!

Catrice makes a great liquid glitter eyeshadow that stays put as long as you close your eyes and let it dry.

I think the best way to apply chunky, glitter shadows, is with a jumbo, shimmer crayon as a base 😊
The Too Faced Love Light highlighters did that too, but they keep worrying beautifully, so not over-sprayed.

I found the most effective way to put on glitter is with your finger HOWEVER you need to spray setting spray on your eyes before applying OR use glitter glue. Works perfectly with NO fallout.

The eyeshadows glitters are a "gel glitter" which I hate. It never seems to dry down and gets everywhere. I am not a glitter "bomb" fan! LOL. I was actually looking at this set today on their website. So glad you are doing a series on tutorials. I used to watch tutorials all the time and they are a rare commodity now day on UA-cam so I really appreciate that you are doing these. I just love you and your channel.
Those glitter glosses look beautiful
I wonder if highlighter, etc. are falling apart at the edges is because they are very soft. Usually the softer powders do not pile up in the middle, they are pressed tightly into the container. The pillow top products are usually baked very hard.

I've been eyeing this collection since I first saw pictures of it! I do like to wear glittery eyeshadows for holidays and when I'm just in the mood too. Those glittery lipgloss's I wear by dabbing just a small amount on my inner lip over one of my matte lipstick's also for the holidays to give it something a little extra and it's just fun :) I'm still not really sure if I'll be purchasing it but it look Gorgeous on you for sure!!!

I wanted you to love the eyeshadows. The glitter colors were amazing and I could not see much of the separation you mentioned, but I know what you are talking about. The lip glosses look amazing. Great for evening, maybe just a highlight in the middle of the lip. Thanks for the informative review. Just checked the price of those lipglosses. $21! Too much for something I would just play with.

Try using duraline by inglot. It works wonders with glitters!
The full collection being sold the day after Christmas! The lip glosses are gorgeous but I think I would use them as a Topper on lipstick.

Oh that's rich looked amazing on IG but I swatched it last night in Sephora and while super pigmented it's actually not as unique as it looked in photo swatches. The white irridecent highlighter is GORGEOUS! but I already own a dupe in a cheap Ross JLB cosmetics 'endless glow' highlighter palette, the shade Aurora is very similar.
in 2000 when i was in high school i would have been slathering myself in all the glitter. now...i feel like i would rather play with it than wear it out. i mean, it's gorgeous. but if i waltz into my elementary school wearing all that glitter i would feel super over the top!
The White Diamond highlighter I tried last summer...I so wanted to love it, but green hues make a fair complexion look sick. Back it went.

I definitely have success using these particular glitters with the glitter glue BUT I put the glue down after the other eye shades and only where I'm applying glitter, then patting the glitter on with my finger. If you're interested in trying. I know you love the pink and I truly believe you can love it with this application. 😚
