Hey, would you say it is a lack of survival that’s stopping dk’s from doing 15s in your experience? Even monk has full 15s timed, whereas the best dk’s barely have 1?
couldn't tell you. there's a few hard 15s but survivability isn't the only factor. there's dps from the tank (ie the difference between post nerf bdk and post buff ppal), group dps and survivability, routing etc
@@SSBane you tried some 15s though right? I’m working on getting all 14s atm but I dunno sometimes just dying to stupid synced melees even through a defensive or some other bs (usually playing no aug) and feels demotivating af. Then go watch stream and see pala hp stable in 17s. I never felt like my deaths were what was holding the group back at times
@ I dunno after more testing I feel like sanlayn is just terrible defensively. Played 15 wake as DB with 3 dps, then 14 sanlayn with aug and felt squishier in that lol, but also 5m dps on first pull makes you wanna play it… Shame we couldn’t have just got some good dmg on DB :(
For example I did +10 mists of tirna and overall was 1milion dps so yeah if you play it well and change talents a bit it's huge buff. On Mists +12 i did 900k same route. Single target combat with 1st boss my spike was 1,1 milion dps so it's huge. I still get used to play it but on +12 it could be also 1mil overall.
The major change in talents for me is extended blood shield and 20% for parry buff and hemostasis, Death strike is so huge buffed and on single target you can spike to 1 milion dps if you play DRW well.
@@SSBane yea, im still learning bdk so i feel like UE and Rune Tap help me get situated in a pack but you get fuckin berated for using those talents in the BDK discord, they'd ban you from the spec for using it
if you're low on boneshield during drw you can deaths caress for 6 charges. outside of that theres bonestorm which costs 5 but gives you more and death grip. i try to avoid pressing marrowrend playing sanlayn.
How much haste we need as sanlayn ? We need to get new gear now in order to change spec ?
not too sure yet but im around 20%

Hard to say. I like the haste sanlayn brings but deathbringer is easier to play, especially defensively

@@MehdiChakir-pf4mb rune carved plates + less emphasis on managing bone shield. db also gives UE more value compared to sanlayn

i don't know about a big difference. on top of that, sanlayn needs a bit of practice to take advantage of the potential damage.

Can you live without umbilicus? I feel like Bloodshot is so much dam for the buffed Death Strike in ST for San'layn where it struggles
