If E-bells are not resistant to certain weather conditions like the weather in this video, that is why it is sounding like that and it will cause people to not go there at night since the place sounds scary at night, but doesn’t look like it.
This cannot be real since these bell doesn't sound like it's from Sweden at all Sweden uses Vialis EBA e-bells (both Sweden type, Finnish type, original type (Netherland sound)) and LB Signalutveckling S023 and they sound nothing like this And why do they raise pitch when on activation and lower pitch as time goes on like you see on those sick WCH e-bells
It's real and as the title suggests, they're not functioning properly. The weird sounds most likely happened because of low temperatures, then as it got warmer condensation formed within the bells.
