@rimpito098, I don't think so. Most ADCs build Lethal Tempo, so you'll need Frozen Heart in your build to counter it. Conqueror is a much better rune for Mordekaiser, as Aftershock only procs with his 3rd ability. The main issue with this build is that you'll get easily kited by ADCs. You should also consider including Rylai's Crystal Scepter for slows. Lastly, Thornmail is missing for healing reduction, which is crucial against champions with heavy sustain.
