And it's like a rubber balloon filled in choclet ice cream. And because the 거북알 is filled in rubber and very easy to overflow, you have to suck it untill you eat them all. Plus, there is a rumor that the rubber part is condom, but it is not true.
why would the ice cream be put into a balloon? that seems not handy at all. Do you buy it like that at the convenience store or at an ice cream parlor? It just seems like a more complicated way of eating icecream haha

There are only so many ways to distinguish something as common as ice cream from the millions of other ice cream sellers. Even if it tastes the same you're buying the novelty of this challenge-esque experience. There could very well be a different reason/sagnificance to Koreans that I'm unaware of. This is just my perspective as someone looking in front the outside.
