I found out Fenugreek seeds are a legume plant! I love soaking fenugreek seeds in bone broth, and then adding them to salads or just eating them by the spoonful!

One positive axillary node,p= metastatic melanoma though PET and MRI show no disease thought to be non related to a removed stage 1 yr prior. Awful- told us eating things with eyes comes back at you as karma. Told we do eat fish- told they also have eyes and full of mercury, red meat we were told prob caused the prostate cancer- “ when you eat carcasses, that what happens. Dismissed it has remained unchanged under active surveillance since 2008. Not detectable on PET. Just really depressing appointment with less than 10 min on surgical options regarding node dissection . There as a medical professional with spouse. Wouldn’t have any idea what I was supposed to come away with except at this age something else will probably get you. Very sad for less informed pts
Everyone shows tomato as the dangerous food. So I'm starting to think that's exactly what helps curing cancer. So ima start making loads oif tomato juice and drinking
