This quest gave so many Aether x Citlali moments that they wouldn't have dared made him do with any previous girls. They really pair Citlali with him like Firefly to Caelus. And I'm all for it.

Definitely Rukkadhevata since traveler mentioned that she's from "this world" meaning it's someone from teyvat that he's talking about
And Rukkadhevata is the only one who's existence got erased completely

Personally, I think this she that he refers to from LONG AGO is a girl that the Traveler and their sister parted ways with long ago. You can read more about it in the Wings of Descension lore and the Sword of Descension lore.
Can't be Rukkhadevata since she's someone they met more recently and it can't be Lumine either since Lumine also refers to this she, so it's someone that both Lumine and Aether knows. All that I can think of is the Sword of Descension and Wings of Descension lore.
