The thing about Tatum is he’s mastered every single aspect of the game, Scoring, Passing, Shooting, Rebounding, Defense, Slashing, coming through in the clutch, you name it. For a player who came into the league as a scorer, nobody ever thought he would become the great passer that he is now, nobody could imagine he would become the elite defensive player that he is now.
@@zoomzoom3839 I’m happy that he’s actually using his God given attributes and building on them a lot of long wing players don’t actually use their length and strength to make strides in their games where he’s actually being great on both sides of the ball him and JB with Marcus are the future now!
Man is the most well rounded player right now. His shooting is phenomenal, every game his defense gets better, he’s a threat in the lane, a threat behind the arc, a threat to get the ball past, it’s almost impossible to deal with this man on both sides of the court
And honestly I’m loving how much Jaylen browns game has matured and been molded into a complete game as well! Got a superstar duo in the back for the Celtics hopefully for many years to come

He’s a better all around offensive player than Paul George, he’s a better passer than PG, and he’s way better driving to the basket cause Tatum is more physical and he’s better with the dribble.
That’s what I was saying he has Paul George footwork and everything and all those dunks he has that early years paul George athleticism with more confidence .
This young dude is great. I’ve watched him since before he went to Duke and being a Duke fan I loved watching him torch the other team. Duke has had alot alot of great players that came through but none have had the best careers in the nba so, so far I feel like In the nba his game has been the one that has transferred over the best and more complete from college. The man’s got the whole package deal. Step back, pull up, spot up shooter ,drive dunker, mid range, back to basket, post up I mean the man can do it all efficiently. Love watching him play and looking for to him taking Boston to even greater heights
I saw him in 2017 and said damn that guy is The Next big thing . And i'm still on my opinion he'll make it to the top and he got all the talent and potential and hope determination to be one of the greatest of this game .
Perfect build, good athletism, great jumper, nice handles, great defense and he can playmake too if needed. My only concern with this kid is his inconsirstency with his playstyle. He oftes tries to replicate Kobe when he should try to play more like a Lebron/Giannis in terms of using more his body than skill. He relies to much that jumpshot when he can be a A+ finisher if he uses his body but often stays in the perimeter and when he drives he does it seeking a foul just to go to the line. If he gets consistent he is going to be Top 10 every year and lead the C's to a couple of chips. Its all up to him, he is the leader and the face of Boston, I know he is still relatively young but he is their best player and #1 option. He got a taste of the Finals and just like LeBron he is going back for more and get a ring, u can bet on it.
Yep,for sure, the basic difference is that Pierce developed his shot at 30,when his physical abilities started to diminish.Jayson is more like a pure shooter, his shooting is of a pure shooter
Not even close in term of athleticism. That shown clearly in the Final when he was not given his preferred space for the step back jumper. He could not explode to the basket or create space with the dribble drive. Every shot looked difficult and forced because he could not create space against a tight defense.
In Flashes JT shows he could be the best player in the world. In the 2022 Playoffs, he was easily top 5 before the finals. The problem is he wasn't good in the finals and he had random games where he put up like 12 points throughout the playoffs. If he will be consistent this season he will be top 5 in the league. He can be an unstoppable scorer, great playmaker and a borderline all-defense player. I have good hope he will make that step this season. He has talked about the pain of losing in the finals and how much it sucked he was viewed as the reason they lost. He will come out guns blazing this season and he has the perfect recipe for an MVP season.
Still believe in Jayson Tatum, He can score against anyone and Wiggins was just stronger, faster, and more athletic in the finals series just to get in Tatums head, I do believe fatigue and the shoulder effected him bc his strong moves to the hoop where compromised. He will get back to the finals someday and finish what he started.
He must be at least an MVP candidate if not the MVP finals this year Last season finals were his first and he can be forgiven for failing, now he need to redeem hisself
I don’t care right now I’m saying this as a Brooklyn fan he’s the best in the league if you watch this mix you know what I mean lol this bag is different
I hope that him and booker folding the way they did make them come back as greater players. It was his first finals and in game 6 you could tell he was too scared to miss. Still making a nana for himself. Hell come back better though. That game hurt.
He "just" needs to become more consistent.... Then he could be considered top 5 in the league. He has way to many off nights where the shots aren't falling and he's turning the ball over too much. The true superstars find a way...I think he will eventually, but he hasn't been able to "find a way" to be difference maker on his off nights.
I just don’t understand why I can’t find this kind of quality for live games. Idc what tv I have to get or how much I have to pay, I just what the solution.
