This was literally me a year ago, I couldn't function without alcohol in me like at all. Everyday I would drink 4-6 malt beers and would throw up constantly, then one day I woke up and just didn't feel like drinking anymore and haven't since. Idk when exactly I stopped because I didn't plan on stopping, no rehab wasn't in trouble or anything it was weird, no withdrawls either which I should of had from how much and how long I've been drinking. At least 6 years of drinking everyday then one day nothing and haven't even had the thought or been tempted, really weird but im thankful. Much love everyone you can do it!
